🚩 I LITERALLY RENT A SPACE FOR $55 for a 1 month rent only now im paying over $500 on late fees PUBLIC STORAGE IS A SCAM DO NOT USE IT IT IS FAKE PROMOTION THEY ACT NICE AT FIRST AND WILL CURSE YOU OUT ON THEM BILLS $1000 for 1 month 1 uni 13*15? Lmaoooo must be a mistake from them I guess I just called customer service and they literally confirmed I owe them $300 and I just made a $300 payment yesterday

Ms Kari did a great job explaining everything and showing my storage unit .
They charge you for climate-controlled units but they don't have air conditioning. The customer service is terrible and they treat you rudely. The closing time is at 9:00 pm but Bluetooth for door stop working at 8:00 pm. If you have an emergency, you should go somewhere else because the bathrooms never work.

Went to this location yesterday upset,crying situation bad. The young lady behind the counter, Laura, changed my whole mood quickly. She is so sympathetic, and knows her stuff about storage. She even gave me ideas on how to store my items to get me in the right size and save me money. She was joking and playing with my kids. Had me smiling and laughing. She changed my mood completely when I left. I would recommend renting here. Ask for Laura
The process was super fast and convenient as I was able to sign my paperwork online. The $1 fee quickly turned to $54 :/ for one of the smallest units offered but it still ended up being one of the cheapest in the area compared to other storage companies. There are a lot of bugs/termites. There were terminix treatment packs/boxes near the storage units so the property is aware. Gratefully I only needed the storage for less than a month. Will not go through this location again if ever needed.
