I would like to specifically shout out the person that helped me with my U-Haul this Saturday! His name is Shannon(I hope I spelt it right). I was moving, and off course, with moving, most times things do not go as planned. I was running behind time, and I was soo overwhelmed. He was so patient, super kind, pays attention to every single detail. I was also running behind on the U-Haul return and Shannon ensured that he took care of my every need and every concern. He is genuinely just a kind person. Not often you come across people with such big hearts. My move was made 100 times better, ONLY BECAUSE OF HIM!! I would rate him 10 out of 10
