Kim is awesome! She is always willing to help with anything that comes up, and has always been super friendly and courteous! I have been at the same facility for 17 years. However, the rate increases in the last five years have been insane! With nothing to show for it, as far as I can see! The only reason I am still renting a unit there is because Kim is still there. I don’t know how much longer I will be renting a unit there, and that is very disappointing, indeed.
