Great customer service, clean and convenient
Everytime i go in to pay my bill or even over the phone Paulina and Ashley are always soo awesome and sweet. I was fortunate enough to move out before prices went up. . However i had a few friends have issues especially with the new management raising their voice and yelling at them when they had questions giving them attitude and when they tried to make a payment the management was at a lost for words and didnt have an appropriate response as to how to handle the payment situation. Even when they called customer service they were soo nice and tried calling the store manager even cube smart customer service couldnt get a hold of them and didnt understand what was going on on the stores end either. Im very thankful i got out when i did and Paulina did a great job while she was there. Very disappointed on how this place turned out.

Helped my cousin move out of his unit 3 weeks ago before their due date for the rental unit. . We were moving things out and when a lady on the cart was driving by to let us know that we couldn't throw stuff at the dumpster and it would be a 120$ cleaning fee if we left anything which we thanked her for letting us know and informed her we were moving out which she didnt say anything and for what ever reason was giving us attitude. After we were done we took the lock off since it was for us to keep and had left. For whatever reason they decide to put the lock back on and continued to charge my cousin for the unit. They have called numerous times and emailed as well but no response. I heard through some friends of ours whom are realtors that one of the cubesmarts is getting bought out and turning into apartment complexes not sure if it's this one that would make sense why the lady on the cart having attitude. Idk how this place still has business with attitude like that let alone what they're charging for outdoor units and customer service maybe we came at the wrong day but customer service sucks. .and for them to place another lock on the unit just to keep charging my cousin storage fee. . Very unethical id definitely look for a different storage place. Try extra space storage theyre way cheaper than cubesmart and more ethical

Initially, Paulina was very accommodating and friendly. Can't ask for better service when purchasing/renting two inits. Then came the day to put the Estate property in the the rental units; I couldn't. With the movers waiting and charging by the half hour, someone at CubeSmart placed locks on both the units. I called every number I had and zero response. I found a different unit, same size as the largest unit I rented and had movers cram everything in there. Mgr Ed took zero responsibility for the actions of his employee. Paulina gone, and poor new employee, Jennifer, left there holding the bag. When I asked who put a locks on my units, Jennifer mentioned Paulina who no longer worked there. Next day after movers crammed the Estate belongings into the new unit, I went there to move some of crammed items into the second unit and a disk lock was still there. Jennifer and I had to cut the lock off. I noticed addition locks were placed in the new unit too! Jennifer admitted Mgr Ed told her to place an additional locks on my new unit. Jennifer quickly took the locks off both units. I lost valuable time, got a bigger bill from the moving company plus had to stay an additional day at the hotel. CubeSmart Mgr Ed not wanting to take any responsibility or offered an apology. Instead Mgr. Ed mentioned it wasn't CubeSmart's fault. What? Extremely unprofessional the way the mishap was handled. A simple phone call to me would have saved a massive headache. In the end no one month free rent was offered or reimbursement for additional 30 minutes charge by the movers or my additional night stay at the hotel for they CubeSmart put me the through. Lastly, new employee Jennifer was left holding the bag. A Molinar
