Over time, this location has gone downhill. I do not feel safe storing my personal items here and I will be looking for a new company immediately. There have been multiple break-ins and the homeless people nearby are increasing in numbers. I would NOT recommend this location.
This place has constant break-ins, there's homeless people everywhere. Don't rent.
This storage facility is a complete nightmare. There have been multiple break-ins, and the security is basically nonexistent. Every time I come by, there are homeless individuals loitering right outside the entrance. It feels unsafe, especially when I’m with my kids. I’ve been harassed more than once, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. The entire building looks rundown and poorly maintained. I absolutely do not recommend storing anything here.
This place is absolutely terrible. I used to store here and every time I came in the gate was broken due to someone breaking in! I was always so scared coming here due to all the homeless people! One time there was even a guy driving on the sidewalks in his car chasing a guy walking!!! I would never recommend storing here.
Homeless people are a huge problem, everyone was very unprofessional and not helpful id never come here again

This place is actually terrible. My vehicle was broken into because a bunch of homeless people stay right outside. They are always harassing me. DO NOT recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is absolutely awful. There are tons of homeless people waiting outside the building, they are violent, harassing me and my children, the building looks broken into and unsafe. I do not recommend

If you park your vehicle here your parts will get stolen i got robbed here 3 years ago and effectide us fancily DONT PARK HERE THERE SECURITY CAMERAS DOES NOT WORK!
Upon arrival at the storage I saw it was very nice and clean. The space of the room I booked was nice as well. I was able to fit all the things that I needed to inside of the room. I would definitely recommend this storage to someone who needed more space to place their things.

let 45,000 dollars in tools and trailers just leave the storage facility and refuse to help us. claim they have on camera someone using a gate code and letting a secondary vehicle in but refuse to show us or give Us the video so we can deal with insurance. Please don't store anything here you need to make a living they will not care. The small businesses around the facility helped us more than the people we pay monthly to store our tools and trailers in hopes they will be secure

Auction units they put out there be trash. Bugs and rodents in this facility and others. And they want you to take everything but they don't disclose that they have bug rodent problems.
The staff is always friendly and courteous! A smile is something I rarely see anymore, but the smiles I continue to receive are what I need some days to keep on keepin on. Thank you!!

**DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!* my husband had his box truck stolen at this property. I called to speak to a manager/ supervisor. Til this day haven't received a phone call or heard back from anyone. How it's not Their property they can careless. Their cameras are all for show and so is the "ONLY ACCESS CODES CAN ENTER". Anyone can enter. So far for safety and security. DO NOT PARK HERE!
Anybody can break into them and they will never tell anything of who broken into your storage and steal your stuff… it’s trash
Because the unit is near my apartment I have to accept the price increase, but it's too much they have increased the price many times in the recent time, it's too much. The night lacks light and feels unsafe. Here, the road surface has a lot of nails that never go to pick up the car you can easily hit.
