**Unreasonable Rent Increase After Less Than Six Months!**
I am very disappointed with Public Storage. I moved into a 10' × 20' storage unit less than six months ago and was paying $119 per month. Now, I have received notice that my rent will increase to $162 per month starting December 1, 2026. That's an increase of approximately 36% in less than six months!
What makes this even more frustrating is that Public Storage is advertising the same size 10' × 20' unit for approximately $92 per month.
How can a company justify charging an existing customer $162 per month while advertising comparable units for $92? I understand that promotional rates may differ, but such a significant increase after such a short time feels unreasonable and unfair to customers.
Customers deserve transparent pricing and reasonable treatment, not unexpected increases that make it difficult to budget.
I hope management will reconsider this increase and offer existing customers more competitive rates. Until then, I would encourage anyone considering this facility to carefully review the rental terms and ask about potential rent increases before signing up.

EVERT is a nice guy who helped me with my storage lock problem.
the place is okay ! but customer service not that good i called and checked out a week a head of the due payment for same reason they keep forgetting to do the closing account processing so that they will send debit collections for late free . this happened to me twice which nis crazy .

Good luck trying to get ahold of a human at this location. It’s a horrible location and somehow the customer service is even worse.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My trailer has now been broke into multiple times, and guess what you need to move out? You have to speak to the property manager and you can’t get ahold of one here. There isn’t one on site and their phone line doesn’t reach anybody. I’ve now been moved out for two months and they just keep charging me. This place is absolutely terrible! You’ve been warned.

Kiosk rental place no on duty person so your forced to buy an $8 lock for $22 and it will take 4-6 weeks to get refunded for lock if you use cash and up to 10 days if you use credit ...no option to bring your own lock without paying up front and receiving a refund....if you get a refund.
Hopefully someone in charge of this stores see this because it is ridiculous that they want to charge me 500 for other people's trash on my parking, so its me cleaning that up or paying 500.
What its crazy is that they check on the cameras and know who did it and they will charge this person for litter but still trying to charge me if I dont clean it up, it does not make sense, why are you not cleaning this if you are getting 500 already for litter. You don't want to work? Isn't your job in this cases? They dont investigate, straight to me and accuse me for it at first.
Hopefully somebody see this and change the way they are managing this situation.

I wanted to speak with someone before writing a review but I couldn't find anyone. I parked my RV, when I came back the power was off, a huge SNAKE was inside the RV, changed the skin, made a hole in the skylight, touch the wires created a short, it was raining so the RV has a huge damage. I'll publish the pictures later

Over time, this location has gone downhill. I do not feel safe storing my personal items here and I will be looking for a new company immediately. There have been multiple break-ins and the homeless people nearby are increasing in numbers. I would NOT recommend this location.
This storage facility is a complete nightmare. There have been multiple break-ins, and the security is basically nonexistent. Every time I come by, there are homeless individuals loitering right outside the entrance. It feels unsafe, especially when I’m with my kids. I’ve been harassed more than once, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. The entire building looks rundown and poorly maintained. I absolutely do not recommend storing anything here.
This place is absolutely terrible. I used to store here and every time I came in the gate was broken due to someone breaking in! I was always so scared coming here due to all the homeless people! One time there was even a guy driving on the sidewalks in his car chasing a guy walking!!! I would never recommend storing here.

Upon arrival at the storage I saw it was very nice and clean. The space of the room I booked was nice as well. I was able to fit all the things that I needed to inside of the room. I would definitely recommend this storage to someone who needed more space to place their things.

let 45,000 dollars in tools and trailers just leave the storage facility and refuse to help us. claim they have on camera someone using a gate code and letting a secondary vehicle in but refuse to show us or give Us the video so we can deal with insurance. Please don't store anything here you need to make a living they will not care. The small businesses around the facility helped us more than the people we pay monthly to store our tools and trailers in hopes they will be secure

Auction units they put out there be trash. Bugs and rodents in this facility and others. And they want you to take everything but they don't disclose that they have bug rodent problems.

Because the unit is near my apartment I have to accept the price increase, but it's too much they have increased the price many times in the recent time, it's too much. The night lacks light and feels unsafe. Here, the road surface has a lot of nails that never go to pick up the car you can easily hit.
