I have never seen a neat and secure storage like Public storage am so proud of myself for using this storage.

I love the new move! I got a great deal on my unit for a 10x10. Take advantage of those online deals. I did it all on the kiosk in less than 10 minutes. No paper work. Easy sign up. I feel great getting one from them don't go to Cube smart on Skillman. To many break ins and they have a rat and dust problem. If you don't want your things to get dirty and safe and secure space come here.
Recently visited after being out of state for a few months, Chris & Verniece (sp?) were above amazing in helping me regain access to my space, getting a new lock and helping with my payment processing! So nice, so helpful and so professional, they were really great & I much appreciate their efforts <3

The more I think about it the madder and madder I get. I had a friend let me share her storage unit with her and I guess her mom had stuff in there too and got mad, so they took all my stuff out and put it in the hallway. I wasn't able to make it over there at the time and have no vehicle. So then whatever employees come take my stuff put it out by the dumpster and it became a free for all! I lost so much stuff and the rest was thrown in the dumpster like yesterday's news paper. I lost stuff I can never get back! I was at least able to get what was left anyway out of the dumpster. I'm already going through a hard enough time and then this happens?! How would you feel?

Great location, coat effective, yet the only thing I don't like is the timer lights. When I'm reorganizing my space the lights cut off automatically when it's not detecting motion. Remains to be seen as it is mine and my wife and family's first time to rent a storage unit, ever, from this particular storage company, but the other day a young lady named Connie at the Skillman and Audelia Roads location here in North Dallas and the Lake Highlands Community was really helpful and attentive -- has been helpful and attentive throughout the process over the telephone with my wife and I. And got us into an ample size unit for what we need as we are trying to put two different storages into one from two different ends of the country. In any case, public storage is worth your time to check out and see whether or not they can meet your storage needs!? See y'all there!

Paid for an entire month and told attendant I was moving out in 6 days. I was assured my month would be prorated for what I didn't use. Moved out and I was denied any refund for days not used. I would have paid for a week if they hadn't lied to me

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had some initial issues with a reservation I made. It wouldn't work for the items I have. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I got a space that worked for me, not to mention at a better price. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. I'm thankful for the help and wanted to specially mention Raini, Connie, and Wendy. They have been amazing in making sure I had everything I need.

I had a great experience here at Public Storage start to finish. The units are clean and easily accessible. Wendy and the front desk staff are helpful and responsive to your concerns and work to help you out immediately.
There is a large construction project going on with the bridge next to this location, so getting in and out is tricky but can be done, even with 18-wheeler access.
It was great until we received a call from one of the ladies in the front office stating that my husband urinated on their bathroom floor and if it happened again, we would be Evicted. My husband is LEGALLY BLIND! And even after he told her that, she continue to threaten him more. Accidents happen, especially from the BLIND. Don't tell him that you're responsible for cleaning the restroom and that you don't want to clean up a mess.

This is NOT the locations that I have my storage at and my location no longer has anyone inside to assist you. The lady that assisted me at this location was very helpful and reassured me that my account was properly credited and I went ahead and made another payment.
I am very disappointed that my location has gone self service , went up on the price and there is never a cart when you need 1! I have back issues and had I know the carts wouldn’t be available I wouldn’t have chose to rent with PS. I Only went with them for convenience reasons and I’ve been disappointed every since!
Mrs.Connie was extremely helpful and understanding and was able to walk me threw the process after a public storage on 9110 Markville Dr Dallas Tx 75243 gave me a reserved storage , she was a great 🫶🏾

We had a company trailer stolen from a parking spot. We could not access the camera and there was zero count ability from this facility.
Zero stars. Great place to store your stuff if you want no assurance that it is safe. This facility is run down and crime ridden. Apparently, the gate is broken, and they take no responsibility for items that are stolen even though they continue to take our money. We had a $10,000 side by side stolen from this site. No camera footage available or help tracking down the thief.

The lady at the desk was helpful and explained each step. She also explained my bill and insurance. Very detailed.
No carts to haul merchandise
My experience a few months ago with Public Storage and the manager at this location was the opposite of what I expect the customer should be treated.
From the moment I booked it online, I had to go in person a couple times more just to finish the booking. I bought a lock at the kiosk, that never got, customer service system didn't work.
The manager was opening my unit when she could, she even locked me inside, when she knew, but the unit next door to my unit was broken into, she never locked or did something to secure that unit that I previously reported.
With no explanation on a letter, she evicted me, charging me $500 because I couldn't take 2 pieces of furniture, before 24 hrs or the end of the next business day. Even though I picked them up a few hours later, she charged it try to charge me. I had to dispute, sending an email to supervisors, charge that was dropped immediately.
The idea to dominate, get attention or control others is a result of lack of confidence. Give a hand, communicate, listen our brother or sister, with the intention nobody else have the same experience. J.G

My storage unit is at another, unstaffed Public Storage location, so I used this one to set everything up.
Very impressed with service. Staff member was prompt, thorough, and friendly. Just a good experience, all around.
The service is great but the price of a small storage unit is a bit expensive compared to prices of a larger unit

Walking too much elevator no carts at front to take your storage up second floor
Julia and Connie are two wonderful beings that explained ,everything very well ,and understandable to me ,I didn't give you all five stars ,because ,I don't agree to you all,policy of starting on the first of the month, like I paid 133,00 on 6/21/22/ but I told Connie I was paying now ,but iam not moving in until the 1st of July, but she didn't hear me say ,that ,so she put on the first of the mo,I pay 43.63, So that made me pay 176,,63 and I have not moved in yet ,So ,very kind Julia says ,I can pay the 43.63 on the 20th of July and not be late ,and that seemed much except able, 🤗
Locked us out. Cost $190 cause movers waited at unit and Public Storage would unlock. Had already pre paid for the unit. Go with local shop, not this big firm.
I like the security here, but you need to put in your 8 digit pin to get in, get out, and even to get up to your unit. Just a bit excessive. The office lady was very polite and informative.

The storage place it self was easy to find but with all the construction around it makes it very hard to get into and out of. Facility was very clean, storage lockers easy to find have lots of security measures in place. Good elevator staff very friendly.
I had the opportunity of visiting this Public storage location today 3/17/2022 to reserve a unit. I had the most pleasant experience with Ms. Wendy! She was so personable and was literally about to drive to me because the lock was missing. She was pleasant and was exceptionally empathetic when I expressed a few concerns with her. These concerns were 1,000% out of her control. Ms. Wendy not only listened but she provided a resolution. She reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I have not received customer service like this in a long time. I appreciate you Ms. Wendy! If I ever have friends and family looking for storage in this area, I'll definitely refer them to you. Thank you. ❤❤❤
