Our first contact was with Diana on the phone. She is a perfect example of a great employee: friendly, personable, helpful, and had answers to all of our questions. Meeting her in person was even better! She was happy to meet us and handled all of our needs with a pleasant, cheerful attitude. Public Storage is lucky to have her!!!

If you are looking for self-storge space in the Conroe, TX area, your first and only stop will be the Public Storage location at 235 N Interstate 45, Conroe. It’s a new facility (late 2024), air conditioned and located just behind a Home Depot. The best part of the entire facility is the Facility Manager, Diana. In a world dominated by “corporate culture”, she’s a flashback. She’s knowledgeable, soft spoken, and listens to the Customer’s needs. You won’t go wrong with the facility or Manager Diana.
