Sherea was fantastic in a pinch! I'd ordered a smaller unit, then realized I needed a larger one as I was arriving at the storage facility. I wasn't able to resolve my upgrade online and was stressed as I was paying the movers by the hour and this was causing a delay. Sherea did everything she could and helped me get into the right space immediately! And managed my refund so I wasn't overcharged for the new space.
