I have ONLY had this storage unit 3 months and every month my bill continues to go up. When you call the 1800 number it takes you to a VM answering service. When I call the diff number on the website I get the same answering machine service. As well as when I call the number given by that answering service for Customer service. Whenever I go in there is no one at the desk. So how am I supposed to talk to anyone or correct my bill if they've made it so you can't. I know im also not the only one with issues with this place as I've gone up to the office and seen notes taped to the door about the office being empty always. Do NOT use this place if u can avoid it

Don't like how they raise the price of their unit every couple of months. They raised the price 4 months after I moved in. 10 months later they are raising the price again.

He went above and beyond to make sure that j was comfortable even if it ment me closing my rental and that kind of customer service is outstanding and actually made me stay with my current rental agreement. He made sure that I was 100% comfortable and that really is what matters to me. To say that he catered to my needs would be and unstatement.i couldn't have asked for a better property manager. They are a good storage at a reasonable price
Do not use this company at all. I rented a space which I thought was for a year for $200 a month. It turns out they can arbitrarily raise your rent without any notice and if you’re on an auto bill situation, they’ll just put it through. So originally I was paying $200 a month now they are charging me $400 a month. Stay

Now that they are under new management, they have gone app on lint, and do not maintain the property at all, as well as have decreased the amount of time you have to access your unit.

As I was leaving a morbidly obese racist shouts "Your Billy Ray Cyrus." Which I can only assume was a racist remark as being white is the only thing Mr. Cyrus and I have in common and I was the only white person that had been on the property in the last 8 hours. And then he says dont hit my "bike" which I think he was referring to the little girl scooter in the middle of the corridor. The same type my daughter rides. But if you need meth this is a great place to go as they deal right out of the units. I wouldnt go after dark however.

I rented a unit everything was good, UNTIL, I went to get into my unit at night and I noticed, homeless people wandering the property! Not a good area to store things!
If you are going to buy in at auction unit
B-05 has USED CLOTHING From Walmart AND various USED Clothing Stores! What's in that unit is only worth about 35$ If Even So Consider This If Your Going To Buy That Unit And Try To Sell Clothing!

I don't even know where to start, honestly at first I was certainly hesitant due to the location being that this particular area isn't the best with quite a bit of crime. However, this place has gone above and beyond to help me and my fiancé because if this was any other storage place and trust me i know from experience that if you are late they are quick to lock you out and then your unit and then bye bye to all of your property. ELENA, more specifically has made this place feel like we don't have to look over our shoulder when we lock our unit at night like other places we have been in the passed sadly enough. It's refreshing to walk in and have someone recognize you and know your first name even though in the beginning she had only seen us once. So I can't stress enough we were thinking about changing locations with everything we have been going thru but because of HER we will be staying here for as long as we are in texas. Thank you again.

went in to rent a unit and left with a 10 x 16 with first months rent free. they ate not like other places who say its free and then charge you so many extra fees it doesn't amount to much. I paid $54 total: $20 for admin fee" $14 for lock and $10 for moving paper to wrap glass, etc 24 hour access is also a big plus
