The store manager, Kassie Sharp is her name I believe, gave the best customer service I have ever had at a storage unit facility. To be honest, Kassie went above and beyond by assisting me with whatever we needed. When searching for a convenient and low-priced storage place, for my mom moving into town, we decided to visit the public storage off IH35. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and friendly the lady at the front desk was. I have rented storage from public storage many years ago at a different location and it was never open and no one was ever there. Loren was not only present but gave us a very detailed tour along with informing us of the best methods to use when in need of assistance. She is a gem! She made us feel welcomed and valued. I wish she was around years ago when I rented my storage!

5 stars for Nan and Ria in the office. Elevators were broken, which was very problematic as a had a large item much too heavy to take up the stairs and extremely difficult to put back in my car. Nan and Ria set me up temporarily in a first floor unit so I could still leave everything in a secure spot. Very appreciated!

I have been renting a unit here for a year now. I literally have everything I love and cherish here, that within itself can be scary. I have dealt with 2 break ins. The GM Chris was very helpful in making sure that we were getting the best security possible. Changes were made which was greatly appreciated. BUT I WILL SAY THIS… when RIA SANCHEZ was at this location we had NO PROBLEMS. She always made sure that everything at this location was clean, safe and running professionally. She will go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and can trust that your belongings are safe as can be. Unfortunately there really is no way to totally prevent break-ins but you can choose to put your unit upstairs and that will help make a world of difference! ❤️ thank you Ria for everything!

I have received good customer service at this location over the past two years, however during a recent visit I needed to transfer to a smaller unit and Ria went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent need. I can’t recommend this location enough!
Walked into the office to ask for a quote on a storage unit and was greeted by a friendly face. Ria was so informative and patient with all my questions. Assured me of security for the facility and even let me know of promos. Definitely will do business here for my storage needs.

Staff was great to work with. We had a great online pricing deal, but the unit we were trying to move into was too small. The staff helped find us a larger unit, but sadly I lost all of the online discounts. Fast forward 4 months and I got a notice in the mail that my unit rent was increasing by $106/month!! I called and spoke with Rhea, who was so kind. She opened and "issue" email and my rent was locked in for this next quarter, but with a guarantee that it will increase at the beginning of the next quarter. Although I am not thrilled, it was a decent comprimise.

I failed to keep track of time loading up my storage unit, and was locked out of the building with my unit still open overnight. I called the manager's line using the automated system and was able to leave a message. When I finally received a return call, Ria, the office manager for this location, assured me that my message was received early morning. She made sure my unit got closed up, and was able to verify whether or not anyone had even accessed the floor it's on. I'm very grateful she was there and was so helpful!
I've used several CubeSmart locations in the past, but I definitely prefer Life Storage (Edit: Since writing this review, this location has been acquired by Public Storage).
The place is always clean and well-lit. They don't play Guantanamo torture music throughout the building. The manager, though clearly overworked, always manages a smile and is helpful and friendly without any trace of a debilitating mental illness like a certain someone at a certain nearby storage place. Speaking of Cube Smart, the prices here are just a smidge higher, but _very_ worth it. Of course, always rent on the website to get the best deals.
The security is good, though much of it could be considered "security theater". But for the sake of keeping up appearances, I won't detail the rather glaring flaws in their security here. An individual passcode is required to enter the building and to access the elevator. Your passcode will only take you to your floor. There are cameras aimed down every single hallway to keep an eye on what's going on at all times.
Some things that could be improved:
1. Life Storage permits commercial customers (i.e. businesses) to access their units anytime 24/7/365. Public Storage does not offer even extended access hours - much less round-the-clock access hours - to anyone regardless of who you are or what you're renting. This is a missed opportunity because it's miserably hot in the summer. Some people will pay extra to be able to access their unit at night in order to avoid the oppresive heat. It's also safer to have people there at all times. It discourages criminality when the bad guys know that people could show up at any time.
2. Install locks on the restrooms that engage and disengage automatically according to your access hours. As it is, the restrooms are locked outside of office hours and this results in people urinating wherever (in their units, in the hallways, in front of the locked restrooms, etc) because moving things in and out of storage units is hard physical work, so you can't just hold it for hours once the office closes. But even still, I recognize the concern about people living in their units. But that's only even possible for people with first-floor units because after access hours are over, the elevator stops running and the staircase doors lock. So i really am not convinced that it's all that necessary to lock them at all. But if you must, then at least install timed locks.
3. If you're really so worried about people living in their units, that's a ridiculously easy problem to solve. The units all have open ceilings with just a wire mesh to prevent wall-jumping. So all you have to do is pay some college student a few dollars to sweep the place after access hours using a camera on a pole. S/he could just walk in front of all the units and see everthing inside them and know instantly if any were being used to store people or forbidden items. There ya go. Problem solved. Now you can leave the restroom unlocked, sleep easy, and not have to mop up anyone's urine in the morning. Boy, ain't life grand?!

Why did I move from one storage unit to another just two miles away besides the lower cost? Because of Managers, Shai & Dawn! Extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional. When another company bought out the Public Storage building I was at and raised my rent, I searched for another place. Dawn patiently answered all my questions, gave me a tour of the facilities and thoroughly discussed all my options. At move-in time, a week later, Shai made move-in paperwork as painless as possible, gave me the option between a couple of units, and addressed my concerns for a family member who has claustrophobic issues in elevators! The kindness of these two managers confirmed that I made the right decision. Thank you!
I was not looking forward to having to go through the hassle of changing my storage unit but Shai made the experience so pleasant and seamless. Shai was extremely efficient and accommodating to me. She showed me different spaces and helped me to decide which space would fit my needs the best. This was the best experience I’ve had with a storage unit thanks to Shai’s amazing customer service!

I am a worker for All My Sons Moving and Storage, and this is one of the best public Storage places ive been. Everything is clean. The ladies (Shai & Celeste) was very very nice and mannered and positivly funny. I would Reccomnend having Storage here due to the vibe being very positive along with the service.

Hello this is Kevin. I rented a space from them back in late December . My experience has been over all good. I wanted to take notice on the nice young lady Shai that works there. She is very professional and attentive. Any time I was there she made sure i was taken care of without hesitation, renting from other properties before. Shai cares for her customers. I wish all places could be like that but only in a perfect world, so if you rent at this property and u have any issues or concerns ask for Shai, she'll definitely take care of you- Kevin

Came to get my new storage location and service was absolutely more than a 5star review the young ladies name was shi absolutely sweet absolutely very professional and absolutely met every need I needed nessasary ..my unit was a bit small and totally put me into a larger size in seconds with no problem and no stress even very convenient to my needs DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER SHE WILL MAKE SURE you leave with a smile ,,,,!!!!!

I absolutely love this Public Storage!! I've used 2 in the past but "Shai" (customer service rep.) Was so friendly and helped thoughly with absolutely everything! One night I showed up 5min before closing & she didn't even mind💜 She stayed to help get me the right size unit, explained absolutely everything and even helped me to the 3rd floor & showed me how everything worked! I'd recommend this very PS & "Shai" to everyone looking to need a storage* She's very attentive and goes the extra mile for everyone I've been able to see come in. I only wish every experience would be like this one lol Thank you Shai for all your hard work and being a friend! Keep up the great work! My experience at this location was exceptional. Shai is friendly and helpful, above and beyond what you would get from other storage facilities. They also have plenty of extra doors snd cameras for security too.

I had a reservation with the property manager Shai earlier this morning & despite me being late to the appointment she welcomed me with open arms. Shai took her time to thoroughly explain my contract which I'm extremely appreciative of. She kindly showed me around the property & gave me insight on how everything works. This location is well kept & in my opinion one of the best deals you can get for storage. Highly would recommend if you want something on the nicer side yet still affordable. 5 whole stars.

We had to move a lot of bulky items and were able to rent an extra dolly to solve the problem!! Shai (shi?) was INSANELY helpful, kind and was able to answer all of our questions efficiently. The staff was the best/most helpful of any storage unit we have rented from, and we could not be happier with our choice to rent here.

I helped my boyfriend’s daughter move out some of her unit and we were impressed by how helpful the staff was. When we got there Shai was cleaning the entrance (the whole place is clean so you can tell they do this often). Everything was well lit. Luckily they have some flat bed carts which were a big help.

Have to be honest that the Google reviews about the helpful employee Shai put us over the top when looking for a place that made us feel our stuff would be well looked after while it is being stored. After coming in during my lunch, I came in and there was Shai already helping several people. She helped me out quickly and explained everything no problem. The 5 stars is because she also helped 5 or 6 other people on the fly and I got back home in time for my scheduled call. That's customer service.

Shai, an employee here at this particular location on I-35, is one of the greatest at helping you settle with your storage unit. Sometimes the office is unavailable possibly due to 'short staff', but if and when you run across this location make sure Ms. Shai is here to help with your needs. She's friendly, hospitable, and quite professional. She makes this location a 5*; shortened staffing makes it a solid 4*.

Me and my husband have rented from this location for over a year. Working 2 jobs, he lost his keys to the storage. Shai was courteous and kind enough to put a company lock on our unit when he was too busy to come a put a lock on it. Our belongings mean a lot to us. Some of the items are family heirlooms. She made sure our things were safe and acted in a professional manner. Made us feel like we were home. Before the new company took over, we were not happy with the previous company at all. Seemed like they were never there when we called. The difference between the old and new staff is night and day.

Decent price easy access.
Peggy was fantastic. I unfortunately had to get the locks changed on my unit and she was so nice throughout the process. I was at the storage unit for about two hours waiting for that to be completed, and while some customers would have been upset, I felt more bad for her!
She was there by herself, only had one drill to use to cut through the lock and she had just done the same thing to another unit right before she got to mine. Her drill battery ended up dying and instead of saying she couldn't do it that day, she called in back up from another store to help. Tammy came with another drill and together they were able to get the original lock off. Both ladies were so positive and cared about giving me quality service. I was very happy with them and you can tell that they care about their customers.
Their drills don't seem to be powerful enough and they should have multiple drills on hand, not just one. Especially if they are by themselves. Get these ladies some upgraded tools so that life can be a little more simple for them. They deserve it!
