Terrible property not only on my first day was a homeless man harassing a fellow renter who told me to run....now I'm stuck with my storage open and the office on site it telling me to leave it open till the morning and I have my meds in there. Not only am I at risk of my health now my stuff may get stolen. Don't recommend this place at all an tomorrow I'll be looking for another place

Rent is now triple what it was when I first got the unit. I'm now in the process of clearing out the unit. According to the person behind the counter, all of the carts and dollies were stolen recently, so bring your own. Person behind the counter was adamant that we leave a review, so here it is.

Over the last few months my husband and I dealt with Dawn, Mary, Ron, and Robin who refers to herself as "the older part time women" compared to the other women named Robin who is the facilities manager. The facilities manager Robin was not helpful to us in any way, and she is the cause of us needing help from the other employees. Each of the other employees went out of their way to assist us and advise us on relocating our storage unit. Their was a small issue that needed the attention of the DM Rick, who as well was very professional and helpful in giving us great customer care. Our only issue is that since we started renting at this facility the temperature control has changed. Before COVID the building temperature on the floors was much cooler in the summer. Since then we've noticed that it is very warm and humid inside and very cold in the winter, to the point that we were concerned about pipes breaking. This has forced us to have limited time to do any work in our unit and having to place damp rids in our unit to prevent furniture/belongings mold and damage. Other than that we are content with this facility.

Ms. Mary was very kind and takes her job very seriously! In a matter of unit security, Mary was cool and collected while handling the situation. She assured me that they make sure and have their clients backs and I rested peacefully knowing they did everything possible to make sure my unit was protected. As a mover, I work around storage facilities ALL the time. I have yet to find a facility as well maintained and managed as this location.

We just closed out our unit after having rented here for about a year. We didn't run into any issues in that time. The staff has always been helpful. No issues with the unit (no pests, no break ins). Climate controlled as expected. The property manager, Robin, was especially helpful when we decided to vacate last-minute. (Many thanks for helping us load a very heavy generator!!! Not sure how we would have loaded it without the assist.) Would recommend this property and would rent here again.

I walked in this place on a whim because it’s right across the street from the apartment… thankfully I was pleasantly greeted by Robin M. who quickly found me a unit and supplies for packing. I was in and out in no time.

When I say the staff here is amazing that is an understatement. When I first made my reservation, Robin M called me to confirm. When I got to the leasing office she was so friendly and helpful. She made my experience so pleasant. And when I started moving my belongings in they was helpful even then. I highly recommend them to anyone.
The manager at the location knows her job very well. She is very patient and communicates and explains thing very well! As an operations manager myself I liked the way she made sure her campus was clean. Definitely 5 stars@@

Never have any rolling carts available and it’s super inconvenient. I’ve been 4 times in the last 3 weeks and there are never any available and I have too much to carry to the 3rd floor.
