My unit started off being less than $200 a month. it is now up to $358 a month with insurance. It was broken into in October (FOUR MOTHS AGO). I want to get out of the unit, but I can't even get into the unit to get my things or see what was stolen because they put a new lock on after break in and no one is ever in the office on site and or calls me back. I tried to not pay rent this month to make them call me so I can explain that I need to get into my unit... I was charged way extra in late fees, and alas, still cannot get in my unit. I just want to get my things out and stop paying this exorbitant rent. I want to see what was stolen as well... I need to file a police report and report it to insurance I pay for through them. I can't do anything because I can't get a single person on the phone or in person. DO NOT RENT HERE

This is by far the worst storage facility I have ever encountered. First of all their operating hours are a lie, you will never find a soul in this useless little office, then it’s like a devil game, code don’t work to the gate by the time you get it sorted after 10000 attempts at calling boom they hit you with a bill or change your locks so you can pay without taking into account how many times you try to come retrieve your belongings. They deserve a fat lawsuit, take their money and ask the court for free storage for 2 years. I’m starting the process because someone has to do something and that is going to be me

This place is an absolute joke and so is their customer service. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a business EVER. Our unit flooded and there is now mold growing on the floor and our items. I check this unit 1-2 times a month so I know this just happened. We cleaned out the unit ourselves and Ajaxed the floors, but then water from the adjacent unit started leaking in. This meant we could not put our items back in the unit.
The property manager is nowhere to be found and will not answer your calls nor respond to voicemails. Customer service said they were sending someone out, waited over an hour, called back to get a status update, did not receive an update, but was informed “rest assured” we would be contacted. NEVER HAPPENED. So for HOURS in 106 heat, we waited with all of our belongings outside.
I would not recommend using this location and probably any other Public Storage location.
Public Storage Let Rats Destroy My Furniture - And Profited Off It
The short story is: If you love it enough to store it, go elsewhere - because when it gets destroyed by rats at this location, Public Storage DOES NOT CARE, and you won’t get compensated for the damage beyond the $250 “vermin” cap on the insurance. Public Storage’s absolute lack of concern for my property or health means I will never be doing business with them again - they got my money, and that’s clearly all they care about.
In Fall 2024 I rented unit 4022, a 10x30 that is in the very far back right corner of the property. I moved a lot of furniture in while dealing with a divorce. I came back to check on my things at the end of May 2025 and was horrified by the serious rat infestation I found in my unit. No pictures I can leave with this review will demonstrate the horrible overwhelming smell of rat excrement, and likely also dead rat.
ALL of my upholstered furniture and a bed were covered in rat feces and urine. My couch had been ripped into and nested in. By the smell, there was likely also at least one dead rat in my couch. A particle board bookshelf had soaked up SO MUCH RAT URINE, the bottom fell apart.
I let the young lady in the office (who was new) know the situation in my unit, but Public Storage did not offer to do anything about it AT ALL - so we rented a Uhaul and disposed of the furniture that was, at that point, a serious biohazard.
I was given the email for Mr. Muder, the general manager of the property. I sent him an email and gave Public Storage a chance to make this damage right. It included a detailed spreadsheet with the replacement value of everything that was a biohazard, which came to nearly $4k. Mr. Muder called to follow up about this and let me know that he had spoken to upper management, and they “decline to follow through on this” and directed me to the insurance - which I paid for - and which only has a $250 cap for “vermin damage”.
Mr. Muder tried to explain that they have no control over what other tenants store, and that someone else likely had food in their unit that attracted the rats. NO SIR! This issue is not a little food in another unit - the volume of rat infestation is too severe for that. The two grocery stores on adjacent property, as well as dumpsters for fast food on the same block that I have witnessed rats climbing into are likely the cause. These are known factors that Public Storage should be used to dealing with. Clearly they’re not.
Public Storage had ONE JOB they were paid to do - keep my property safe. They failed. And they still got to keep my money, so it seems they absolutely do not care what their negligence has cost me. I would have been better off giving everything I had to Goodwill than storing it here, because at least I would have gotten to keep my rent money - but I lost that to them too.
This was one of the best rental experiences yet. Everything was done online fast and efficiently I didn't even have to go into the office and when I arrived everything was waiting for me in my locker thanks again to public storage for there outstanding effort in making this experience easier on me I would definitely recommend them .

NOW I PAY $124 FOR A TINY 8X5 SPACE WHICH IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT LATE THEY CHARGE YOU ANOTHER $24 AND CUT YOUR LOCK. THEY WILL CUT YOUR LOCK EVEN IF YOU HAVE RENTED FROM THEM FOR MONTHS AND YEARS LIKE I HAVE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. JUST ANOTHER HEARTLESS CORPORATION THAT DOES WHATEVER THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ANY CONCERN TO HOW YOU MIGHT FEEL AS A HUMAN BEING. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS CON YOU INTO A PRICE THAT THEY WILL QUICKLY CHANGE.

Although the prices have went up substantially,the manager "Whitney will do her level best to accommodate customers. In several occasions, Whitney has made suggestions on saving on storage fees. Overall, I was pleased with using this Public Storage. I needed to store my car while I was in the process of moving to a different state. It was a little confusing at first since no one was there to help me when I first arrived and the parking space numbers were extremely faded. But after figuring it out, the process seemed easy. Paying every month via the app was a breeze and I was able to get in contact with the staff on the phone if I had any issues and vise versa. While I was gone, I got a call that my car needed to be moved in order for the parking spots to get fixed. I was glad that I was notified and we figured out a way for my car to get moved, since I was unable to be there in person. The staff seems to be on top of what is happening at the facility.

This place is FANTASTIC! The manager on site has the best customer service that I have dealt with in a very long time! She was so knowledgeable and professional that she made the job look easy, she even looked like she enjoyed her job! I would definitely recommend this place solely because of the manager!

This location is great. Sometimes it is hard to get connected on the phone, but if you leave a message, they will call back pretty soon.We are a company based in China. In the beginning we need to find something affordable for some products, but now we got our warehouse. It's been a pleasure to work with Leticia, Louis and Whitney, great people. Especially Leticia. She is the one who told me "We'll find a way to help you work it out." And Whitney, she helped us securing a better rate. Much appreciated. I had some issues with one of the property managers but it's been solved. Overall it is a good experience.

Worn facilities but good service
The unit was clean and everything was in-place when I arrived to the unit after reserving and paying for the unit remotely.
Yes, the paint is peeling or faded on most od the doors. Yes the driving ways are lumpy or severely cracked in several places.
But my door worked smoothly and the fence seems secure.

I know that they are not responsible for thefts but they steal very often where they leave cars and trailers I hope they improve security in the parking lots for cars and trailers
