First off, Sherry at the front desk is VERY rude with horrible Customer service. Also, they are roach infested. Cant walk 10 steps in one direction without seeing a roach. Very nasty place ran by the wrong person.

They need to get rid of the roaches
"I am disappointed with the unsanitary conditions present at facility. Upon renting a storage unit, I discovered a severe roach infestation both inside and outside multiple units. As evident in the short video I've included here, roaches are crawling freely throughout the facility. This is simply not acceptable for a business providing paid storage. Customers should expect basic pest control and sanitation to be properly managed. While I have not yet filed a formal complaint, contacting management about this disturbing problem has so far yielded no solution or response. Potential renters deserve to be aware of the actual conditions before using this company's services. A severe infestation puts customers' belongings ata

Literal extortionists who do NOT care at all about your experience regardless of what they say here. Be prepared for your rates to go up without notice constantly and be threatened with your stuff being sold if you don’t pay up every penny of every fee they come up with. I gave this place my business when it was locally owned. My rent has tripled since Public Storage took over.

I rented a storage unit here, but haven't actually been to the site. Can't comment on anything other than the friendliness of the staff. I ended up not needing the storage unit, and was able to cancel and get a partial refund with no hassle.

Loretta, one of the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever encountered, walked me through every step of the storage unit rental process. She explained every aspect of fees, extra charges, insurance, and security, and kindly answered my many questions. Even after renting my unit, Loretta was still there to assist me with everything I needed, and even brought out dollies for me when she saw my car pulling up! One of the staff was extremely rude . They don’t care not willing to work with you ! Went up on the storage out of nowhere ! ready to auction your stuff off so they will add late fees on top of late fees . I get it ! but still crazy how they not willing to work with you ! only gave them a good review because they asked me too had I known before hand I would have never !

We had easy access to our unit. They provided a clean bathroom. I was especially happy with the Bright parking. The carts to help you load made things go much faster.
