Storage unit is at the end by a gate, I was blocked in by a uhaul truck the gate was locked by a chain I asked the manager about opening the gate she said it was hard to open and close so I had to wait until the truck blocking me in unloaded and moved. This was my first time there I will return day before rent is up and move to another storage place.
Patti and Jackie are so sweet please come and see them they are very helpful and pleasant it's really worth it

If you're considering renting a storage unit, avoid this facility at all costs. It is filthy, with significant cleanliness issues and a severe rodent problem. When I visited to retrieve a few items, I found many of my belongings covered in filth, dust, and mildew. To make matters worse, there were rodent feces scattered around. This place is absolutely disgusting and should be avoided. Check out the attached pictures for proof of the conditions.

If I could give zero stars I would this is the absolute worst place to have a storage building at. The prices keep going up and if you’re not even a week late they cut your locks off and make you rebuy new locks. The customer service is trash

Mrs. Natasha is a great beautiful, gorgeous with a pretty smile, innocent, charming woman that I swear public storage have to keep around. I was having a bad day and when I walked in the building and saw her smile, all of my upsetness when away immediately and just like that I humbled all the way down. Her energy is just so so amazing and her hospitallity is on an executive level that every business owner must have in their company. It is my best judgement for her to be acknowledge for her Great services that she gives. I really hope that this company appreciates her because if not I'm definitely willing to hire her with great pay, free breakfast and lunch everyday along with a full tank of gas every week. She has a great great personality!!!
