I started off annoyed with my auction but but then I was assisted by Kim (normally works in Cranston’s location) and she was great, changed my whole day around and was wicked helpful assisting me. For the first time buying an auction unit, I couldn’t ask for a better person to show me and explained to me what needed to be done.
Since it’s changed over to Public Storage this facility has been running very smoothly. The manager (Aiden or Eden) is phenomenal, highly recommend!
Came in on 8/31/25 was having trouble booking online I spoke with Alex he showed me different sizes and prices (I was having a hard time choosing one) he was very kind and patient with me in the process selecting a unit he is truly an angel and helpful

TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION! Move in day with three truckloads of stuff and I discover one of only two elevators is broken!!! Move in took twice as long. Total waste of my time! Called the PS office to find out that one elevator is out of commission for a while and no set date for repairs. I'm disappointed in 2 ways-not notified about the issue before I rented the unit and not compensated fairly for the inconvenience of the 1/2 function of the elevator service in the storage building.

Much like my dealing with Janelle from about a year ago, Jim was super efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and completely professional.

Upon arrival, the building is very clean and well maintained. The site manager Jenelle amicably assisted me and directed me to my unit; from set up to move in she is a great guide and support. Jenelle explained all info in regard to payments in full detail, she provided great assurance and is incredibly professional. Though it was temporary, I recommend life storage and see myself renting again if needed in the future!
