Had some questions today and O'Shane was at the front desk, he did a great job answering my questions, a quality representative of this location.
We had a very positive experience with O'shane. He was courteous, intelligent,and communicative. He escorted us to our unit to show us where it was located and answered all our questions. He is an asset to the business.

Spoke to Mike today about the very large increase in my monthly payment. He was helpful in offering other options for me to save money but in the interim he did reduce my payment back to where it was for the next 3 months while I consider other options. He was very nice.
The lady attendant was very helpful and extremely nice and respectful.
I keep having access issues. You can't get a hold of anyone and when you find a phone number they just say, download the app. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for convenient access or accommodation.

update: my rent had went up and I called and talked to the manager Annie that was oh so helpful with getting my issue handled in a timely manner. Lets just say my rent was going up by $45 dollars and now i don't have to worry about that for the NEXT 6 MONTHS all because of Annie! This young lady deserves all the recognition because of all of her care and commitment to her tenants. keep being awesome Annie i appreciate you

Do not give your business to this poorly operated scam of a company. My experience was hell from day 1 - we were given a “free upgrade” into a larger unit because the one we had reserved was not available. Come to find out they actually charged us $95 more for the larger unit that we didn’t want or need. After a ton of back and forth between the location manager Annie (who was the only helpful person here) and the District Manager, Jerome, who was initially rude and unhelpful, they told us we had to move all our belongings into the smaller unit that we initially reserved or we would have to pay the additional $95 - even tho they put us in this unit that we didn’t need or want for “free?!!” 4 months later I am getting calls from a collections agency for a unpaid balance that they charged me for the entire month of April when I was moved out in March. I am so frustrated and appalled by the lack of customer service and the scams this company uses to steal money. I am truly in disbelief that they are still in business and will make sure everyone considering using them knows they are a scam! Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this!

Before I begin the review, I would like to acknowledge that everyone that I've interacted with in-person at this facility has been very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Leaving reviews like this is the only way to get the attention of the corporate Public Storage. I was given a reservation and quoted monthly price and when I arrived to check in to the unit, the unit that I had reserved (5 x 10) was no longer available but another unit (5 x 10) was available however the location (this particular location) couldn't honor the quoted monthly rate (significantly cheaper) because the unit had an unauthorized lock on it and lock cutting is only done on a monthly basis. Apparently the advertised rate is only for a specific unit, it doesn't matter how many units of a particular size are available because a rate is based on a particular unit.
I'm sure I'm thinking what any reasonable person would be thinking. If an unauthorized lock was on a storage unit preventing the facility from earning revenue on that unit, it would be cut off immediately, what sense would it make to have a lock sit on a unit for a month without generating any revenue? However, the facility asked that I contact corporate to see if they could adjust my account to modify the rate back to the original quoted rate.
I had to move in today as I have a truck full of items arriving tomorrow so I begrudgingly accepted the available unit at the higher than advertised price with the expectation that perhaps corporate would be able to resolve my experience.
I called corporate and plainly asked what they could do to make this "right" for me, the customer, I even offered that if the unit would be provided to me for just one month at the advertised rate then I'd be happy since at least I was given the unit for a month at the rate I was promised. They could have waived the one time "administrative fee", etc. I was open to different options to help alleviate the feeling I'd had of a "bait and switch". I was shocked by the "service" I received when calling the corporate line. The gentleman that answered read very tightly off a controlled script and after a few minutes of the conversation going around in circles, refused any request I had to speak to a supervisor or another person that could handle my request.
Towards the end of the call, I mentioned that I had received an email survey asking how my "experience" checking in was. I asked the agent, what do you think an appropriate response would be for me to give to the survey given the experience that I've had. I was again shocked when the agent responded "that's at your discretion". In what customer service industry would you expect that kind of response? In today's day and age where customer satisfaction metrics and survey responses are so critical to the lifeblood of any business, I was blown away at the dismissive nature of the service I received.
