Everyone is so Nice!! Temmi was a great help through the entire process and the Assistant manager was friendly. The website had a glitch and wouldnt let me process on my phone, but she was very patient and we got through the process. Customer focused.

Staff at this Public Storage are helpful and knowledgeable about storage needs. Stephanie is amazing if you need storage in the Aston area highly recommend Public Storage and ask for Stephanie she will get you set up

Nice place, always clean. It’s a HUGE plus that they have garages/bays you can pull into and close the door, and unload your stuff onto the carts for inside units. They also have an elevator inside. WARING: make sure you are out of the gate by 8:55-8:58PM or else you get locked in with no way out, other then to call the cops and if you’re lucky they may have a code to get you out(took atleast 20min +), if not you’ll have to leave your car in the gate for the night(speaking from personal experience(totally my fault, they switched to a new company and I didn’t know updated rules). They have a number you can call if locked in, but no1 answers, also a text system for “after hours” that’s supposed to open the gate, that doesn’t work either. Overall really like the place, would have given 5 stars, but due to being locked in with no other way to get out with my children, and another man in there(thankfully he was very kind/respectful and acknowledged I was there alone with my kids so he said “I want to keep my distance and don’t want scare you guys”), that’s a safety concern. Should an emergency arise, you would be SOL unless you planned to walk. It’s also concerning knowing if there was a fire etc, emergency vehicles wouldn’t be able to enter until they got ahold of someone or retrieved a code if available, which we all know every minute counts in an emergency.
