The sweet man who helped me finish setting up my rental was a hero to me. Lots of kindness and patience and empathy, on a day when i severely needed it.

Kelly is a good guy And I have never had any problems with the facilities However, the rent increase sales are surprisingly high, surprisingly often, and not at all competitive with the local market rates Hopefully instead of replying with a generic boiler plate, offer of condolences and suggestions that I move into a smaller unit when I asked for them to not raise my storage rent so often , This will definitely have a priority when I am choosing whether or not to stay or find someone else to offer me a better and more consistent value for my money Kelly and all the employees have always been helpful I just wish I would’ve known about the rent increases of 20% every other month after the first 6 months If they keep increasing the rent at this rate, I will probably be paying more for my storage than my actual rent on a apartment I’m going to leave this “five star “ review in hopes of getting these issues resolved. That’s about as honest as I can in this very challenging situation ,

The customer service here was above and beyond excellent. The online ordering of a unit went smooth, and they were very quick to respond o any of my calls. The gentleman even loaned me a lock when I told them that I had a lock to use but couldn't find it at the moment. When I started moving stuff into the unit, I realized that the lady had left a lock in the unit for me, which I returned immediately to the gentleman and worked hard to find my lock quickly. When I found the lock, I switched them out and returned theirs. Now, what kind of storage unit does that kind of nice thing? Most would just tell you, "Oh well, sounds like a personal problem" and make you buy one. People who are willing to trust deserve my respect and make me work harder to keep theirs. Sorry, I don't remember your names, but know that you two are doing great, and I appreciate the kindness and warmth you show to your customers.

I'm not usually a fan of storage facilities, as the service is often mediocre at best, but today was surprisingly different. Kelly, the manager of the facility, was very professional and had a great customer service attitude. He made the process of renting a unit very clear and easy. I'd give Kelly 10 STARS but it wasn't an option. Thanks so much for such a great experience!!!

Kelly has to be hands down the nicest caring Empathic person I have ever met in the storage profession. Public Storage was running a special and Dustin made it quick and easy to get setup with a new storage unit. Kelly was great to work with as well, and accommodated access just at closing. Great team with better than expected customer service, highly recommended!

Just closed out our account with this Public Storage. Stored the company truck here for about one year. The few times someone left garbage, it was picked up promptly. Something damaged was generally repaired quickly. And the Staff was always polite and professional. They would help, assist and direct you as best they could. Professional and clear, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

I was very happy with my experience today at the public storage. Kelly helped me figure out how to get the code from the person renting the space, ( who is back in Maryland). Then, he helped me get into the space & vacate it. I was having a hard time backing a trailer, so he let me go through the gate & straight around. Very nice experience! Thank you very much!

Kelly,the location manager, was fantastic.I made a mess of trying to do a new unit when all I needed to do was make a transfer. Kelly was understanding and calm and worked throught the removal of my mess and setting up the transfer without any additional costs to me. He was willing to stay late, as I did the transfer right near clossing (another challenge from me). Again, Kelly saved me time, money and met all my crazy needs! Thanks Kelly

I had an issue with my personal car, dying while in the parking spot that I rent. I called several tow companies, even had one come out. They refused to come inside the gate to get my car. Kelly stepped up, and offered his contacts to get me taken care of. Hurray Kelly! My car situation has been handled.

You can only access your storage unit until 6 p.m. on weekdays, and only until 5 p.m. on weekends. Wth????? It still gets five stars due to Kelly's truly helpful customer service! 👍👍 Update: public storage wouldn't return my money even though I returned my unit unused the next day 🤬 this lady on the phone said "just because you changed your mind" bruh, I was bamboozled.

James was awesome! *Edit. The unit I rented was advertised as 10x10. I rented a trailer and towed my stuff over 1000 miles, to find a unit that is 9x9 and all my stuff will not fit. All their advertised 10x10 are actually much closer to 9x9. 9.2x9.3 Literally. Big waste of time, money and effort. wont rent from public storage again....and I am a long time customer.
