Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 801 N State Street, Lake Oswego, OR

Came to storage today and couldn’t find a cart, Brenden assisted us by bringing us a cart for our items. Thank you! Great location. Manager Brendan made our move in quick, Efficient and Hassle free. We Highly recommend!

I needed an RV parking space and was worried about making it to their office while I was driving home at 4:30 in the afternoon. They got me all set up over the phone while I was driving. The guy was super clear about the options, prices, availability, and was really nice. The guy sent me info via text and email so I never needed to go to the office or make it there before closing. Since they did all the work with a phone call I was able to enter the facility and park my new trailer without any hassles.

Kristel was very helpful and got me a great price for my unit!

I had rented a parking spot from Kristal and she was very helpful with getting me the spot I wanted and anytime someone was parked in my spot when I had taken out that car she had tracked the person down and asked them to move their vehicle so I could park back into my spot also when my auto pay didn’t go through she called me to make sure I was aware of it and because I use the mobile app to get in and out of the gate there have been a few times where the app would crash and I was stuck in the gate or stuck outside and she would look up my code for me so I could manually enter it

Everything worked perfectly via the app. Was able to gain access right from my car, found the space clean and dry as expected. My move worked like a well oiled machine.

Manager Brenden was a great deal of help! Patient and kind, He made my experience at Public Storage hassle free and quick! Definitely recommend to everyone in lake Oswego. Thanks again!

I have been renting different storage units from this place since 2008, Chrystal the manager is awesome! She always has smile, very welcoming she deserves a 6 out 5 stars.

Brenden was very helpful in assisting with me gaining entrance to my storage unit (they had my key for some maintenance work), showed me how to cancel my unit insurance (I’m already covered by another policy), and even came to check on me at my unit to see that the maintenance was completed and there were no other issues. 5-star! Highly recommend!!👍

Great facilities which met all our storage needs. Staff was friendly and easy to get ahold of. Well kept and maintained.

Brenden is awesome, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Found us at the front gate looking really confused, Brenden was very pick to smile and greet us. We’ve always appreciated him, he set us up when we first started renting 2 years ago. We weighed going to other facilities but valued Brenden so much we stayed.

I’ve been renting at this Public Storage location with Kristal for almost two years now. The facility is great—well-kept, secure, and you often see Kristal checking on the building. She's always helpful and kind. But today I have to tell you about Brenean (forgive me if I spelled that wrong). I got the worst kind of call—the one where you realize, oh no, I forgot to pay my storage bill. It was the 8th, which meant fees, and I was dreading it. Brenean stayed on the phone with me, patiently walking me through setting up the app and auto-pay. I was frustrated with myself for forgetting. I lamented on the high rent. He reassured me as we got everything squared away. Then he mentioned that while fees aren’t always able to be waived, my rent was actually going down. By the time we finished, he had already requested the late fees to be refunded. I ended up with autopay set up, lower rent, and no shameful, expensive fees. That kind of support is rare. Brenean turned a stressful, discouraging moment into one of relief and gratitude. I can’t say thank you enough, so I’ll let this review say it every time someone reads it: you have amazing people here who are truly making your customers’ lives better. Thank you.

This location was awesome. Very clean and safe. Staff does regular walk arounds to ensure the property is always safe. Kristal was awesome. Her customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time from any business. A big THANKS to Kristal! If I ever need to rent a storage locker in this area again, I would definitely use this location. I highly recommend them. Thanks for a great storage rental experience.

I’ve just rented a unit, and Justin was super helpful and made the whole rental quick and easy for me as moving is stressful-I really appreciate that. I feel like I got a good deal for what I needed. My unit (and the entire property) seems clean and well maintained, no problems. Also, I feel like my belongings are safe here, which is pretty important!

Friendly staff and clean facility

Easy and accommodating. Quickly set up a small storage unit and cost is very reasonable. Krystal provided fantastic customer service, coming in when not even scheduled to help so my son could move out of his college dorm room without having to throw anything away. If everyone provided similar customer service, the world would be a more pleasant place.
