I really wouldn't have gave a 5 star I call the 1800 number for customer service to reserve me a storage with the $1 promo for 1st month rent the lady originally did with a free lock try to fulfill my contract but it would not accept my payment because of the free lock promo I was highly upset because why lie and give me false information then I'm on site but Ed was marvelous he waived the free lock for me due to inconvenience will highly recommend South Shields location KUDOS TO ED FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME

Public Storage is a business that provides excellence across the board and in comparison to other local options. The staff, especially "ED", who has exhibited service that is efficient, professional, is a problem solver, showed me kindness, and is prompt with response to message. The gated property, attentive to security measures, offers a drive up option unit which is perfect for anyone with physical limited abilities and seeking more convenient loading/unloading options. The space and property is cleaned and the prices were more frugal and or comparable but offered better options and quality. I've been pleased with my experience and business with Public Storage so far. As a newer resident, and the stress of moving and reestablishing life, this business made one major task and provision of extra storage space convenient and stress free.

I rented a storage Iast September. Ed is the one who helped me as I was going thru a quick move out, he made it very easy and hassle free all the charges were spoke to me up front. The place is kept up very well and most times when I come in ED is always waving from the door or the golf cart. I would highly recommend Public Storage on Shields. Thank you
I've had my storage unit for 4 years and when I tell you Public Storage is the best I mean it! The site manager is Ed and he is one of the sweetest and helpful people I've ever met. Genuinely. During those 4 years I have sometimes been late and he will always give me a courtesy call to avoid me being charged the late fees. You get charged the fee after the 5th of the month. If you're having issues with payment, just call them and they will definitely try to work out something with you. I have moved 30 minutes from that side of town, but because of Ed I keep my stuff at that location because I know he will take care of it! If you need a storage on S. Shields, GO THERE!

I had a loaded rental truck, with only 2 hours to return it to the rental office. This was my first time at Public Storage on Sheilds in OKC . I'm glad to say , it went PERFECTLY. When I walked into the lobby I immediately recognized that this was the cleanest storage business I'd ever been in. That is a big statement, being that I worked as a professional mover for approximately 7 yrs. Over those 7 years I can't remember a storage facility that even came close to the cleanliness of this Public Storage. Then the representative (David is his name) , had me signed up, account established and rolling into the facility in just a few short minutes. If it took any longer than a few minutes, it would be because I had a handful of questions for David about the property. I was even able to choose a specific unit ( depending on availability). David was patient and answered all of my questions easily. He knows the property and the policies. The rental truck was returned well within the deadline, largely because the process of getting my unit was abbreviated due to David's obvious experience. Pricing for the first month was a treat (due to a promotion) , and next months bill will fall in the category of "average" , as far 5x10 storage is concerned.

Ed is wonderful as far as customer service goes. I have been a customer 4 yr prior to simply taking ownership. My rent started out at 69.00 monthly for a 10x10 and in July it was going to 125.00 with insurance. So i decided to move from the Moore location over to sheilds because I could open a new one for 69.00 monthly and since I was only going to need it for a short time it aloud me to go through everything and donate what i didn't want and since there is a major rodent problem I try to salvage what I could and instead of using boxes I purchaced bins and duct tape them so hopefully the rats wouldn't destroy what was left. I feel no matter what you will have rodent problems reguardless of the poison that is set out. Luckily the insurance will cover some of your loss.. I am only closing because I finally moved into my new place and no longer need a storage. I am happy with the service received by Ed Miller.

We used this storage in the past and was afraid things would be different but it was just like home! Tiara made it so easy and fast we were out the door in 10 minutes! What a sweet girl!

Had a great experience over the phone with Ed Miller, the store manager and he was very helpful at finding me the best rate and understanding what I needed. He was actively training Denzel and was a great teacher. Denzel was willing to learn and tried to soak up all the information. Would highly recommend. Also tested their lock system for their units and was very impressed. Highly recommend
