The staff over here has been so patient with me when I moved into the wrong unit! I wrote the wrong unit # down 🤦♂️. They called and explained my blunder to me and have been so patient with me to get it straightened out. I wish I could apologize to whoever’s unit I moved into!
I really like the app they have it makes things super convenient. You just tap the button to enter and exit on your phone when you get close to the gate and it opens right up. It’s very clean and easy to navigate, I didn’t see any bugs or anything. Great service and highly recommend.

Just moved to town and called almost every storage place on google maps without a call back. When I call Public Storage Austin picked up before the second ring. Was very polite and knowledgeable about the services. He also setup a meeting time to go over with the room sizes and cost with or without promo's. He made picking this company very easy for me.

I don’t use the storage here but If I ever need storage this will be the first place I visit! I blew a tire on the way home today and pulled in their parking lot because it was the closest to me. While I’m taking the spare out the back an employee by the name of Austin comes out to check on me to make sure all was ok. I’m glad he did because I was missing a couple key tools and without hesitation and almost insisting to help he grab the tools I was missing out of the back of his personal vehicle and proceeded to assist me with the change! I offered him dinner for the kind gesture and he just said he was happy to help and doing his good deed for the day. Just wanted to say thanks again Austin and keep being a stand up guy!

This storage center was a much better bargain before Public Storage came in and hiked the prices into the stratosphere. Security is satisfactory and the units are nice enough but the cost is disproportionate for what you get.
**UPDATE**
Well, I have to circle back and update my initial review. Upon seeing my review the company reached out in every way (email, calls, etc…) to remedy my dissatisfaction. They definitely made things right and I have to change my review, to be fair.
Ray manages this location and he is the absolute BEST!! He’s conscientious, dependable, organized, and kind to boot! He’s runs this public storage location giving it 110% of his effort! I am so grateful for him!!
