I had a wonderful experience with Yasi at Public Storage on Kenny Rd. After making a mistake with my reservation, Yasi greeted me warmly and offered exceptional customer service. Having just moved across the country, her kindness and clear guidance were a welcome relief during the stress of relocating. Although she couldn't fix every issue, her instructions for the next steps were incredibly helpful. This facility stands out for its outstanding staff and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of storage.

This has to be one of the most poorly managed storage facilities I have ever rented from. They wont cut your locks on time and they continue to bill your account even after leaving your locker vacant and cleaned out. I have been charged for months and I'm still fighting with them with no call back from any type of manager. This incompetence is frustrating. I wish I never rented from here it has been nothing but a nightmare from the beginning and if you have the opportunity to take your business elsewhere please consider it.
EDIT: I originally had a very bad experience but after a call with the manager they righted the miscommunication error and was willing to work with me to come to a mutual understanding. The facility is very clean and they check locks thoroughly.
Yasi has always provided outstanding professional service and expertise. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She has always helped me and answered questions and is there for me. You could not ask for a better manager.

The storage locker itself was a good value for the price but my email said to go to the wrong location and when I showed up they told me I had the wrong one. So I’m not sure how that got messed up but just make sure when you’re booking that you know exactly which location you’re going to, the email might not🥴

High praise for Yasi, our Manager at the Kenny Rd Public Storage. I have had my unit since January of 2017, and she is the main reason I stay on and don't move to another company. The rate hikes are something else.
Yasi is always professional, friendly & she's had the answer to all my many questions over the past 5 & a half years. I've seen her interact with other customers in the office & she really knows how to treat people.
I like the company & Yasi represents them well at a very high level. Each visit is a pleasant experience. It's not as affordable as it used to be, but her reliability & my comfort level there keeps me loyal. It'll be 6 years in January 2023.
