Tsvi was vey helpful and hands on. He treated me with a warm and kind smile. He also assisted me to my storage and explained everything to me in a professional manner.
Harris was a real big time help for me today. He was busy and he was able to take care of my situation as well as everybody else at the same time he was like a conductor of an Orchestra. I've had a really good experience with Public Storage. I was able to rent a unit and visit it to store things within the same day- actually, within an hour and a half of renting it, which was really convenient. Tsvi and Harris have been great and extremely knowledgeable/ helpful in general and whenever I had questions. I feel as though their units are quite affordable as well, and very clean. I was renting a 5'x5' unit from a place down the road and I was able to get a unit double that size at Public Storage for just $3 more than what I was paying for half that size. It was also really easy to load things as they had carts near the loading dock. Highly recommend this place, they're awesome!

WENT TODAY TO GRAB A COUPLE THINGS AND COULD NOT GET ACCESS EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME ONLINE(HAD TO DOWNLOAD A APP) …, STAYED UP THERE FOR 2 HOURS AND HAD TO CALL OFF BECAUSE MY WORK BADGE AND UNIFORM WAS IN THERE AND COULD NOT GET IN CONTACT WITH NO ONE AFTER I PAID A MONTH UP FRONT … CALLED THE MANAGER N LEFT 2 VOICEMAILS

Sorry that I must amend this review but someones word needs to be someones word. The storage facility and unit are just fine. However when I was walking down the hallway with my daughter to see the storage unit available for my needs i asked the question when would my rate be raised on the unit? I was told it would not happen for 6 months. I rented in March and was just informed that as of August 1st my rent would be raised from $54.00 to 80.00. Quite a jump and as you can see certainly sooner than 6 months.
Just so you can all be aware.
My experience at the brand new Public Storage facility off of Red Bank Rd was stellar.I was looking for an indoor clean reasonably priced climate controlled storage locker and I found it at Public Storage.The reason I was looking for an indoor climate controlled unit is for security and I don't want my belongings baking in the summer and freezing in the winter.The facility on Red Bank stays at a comfortable 70ish degree temperature which is perfect.Location is also a plus especially if you are a resident on the East Side or you are close to town.My Onsite Manager was Tsvi he was instrumental in explaining the steps and walking me through the process , showing me the unit, and making something that could otherwise be a headache, rather he made this endeavor go very smoothly and quickly.Thank you Tsvi and Public Storage for my local storage needs!!!

No one is ever here! Doesn't matter what the posted hours are I have been here five times in the last month and not once has someone been in office. 10am, 1pm, 5pm. Does not matter.
Thankfully I found my keys but was also told that they make you fill out a paper and wait 2 WEEKS for someone to come out and give you access to your unit.
Tsvi at Public Storage was helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, safe and reasonably priced. I recommend Public Storage on Red Bank Road .

I was originally looking to rent a space at the location on Disney but they didn’t have an available check in for me that day. I looked into the Red Bank location and I’m glad I did!
The property is clean and private, I was able to get the same size storage for a significantly better rate, and Tsvi (property manager ) is such a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a safe place to rent definitely check out the Public Storage on Red Bank Rd!

We used this storage space as we moved to a new home. We wanted to get everything we didn’t “need” into a unit during this process and I’m glad we did. Tsvi was easy to work with on check out day.
I did personally struggle with checking in as I didn’t fully get how to use the jamb, and there was nobody in the office that day to help. But once I finally figured it out, everything has been seamless.

The doors were always left open and broken so it was not really secure... The owner was super obnoxious and would confront you if you owed money or call you non-stop. I understand I'm late on my payment but it's embarrassing to come to me in person. I actually can manage my bill online and don't think you need to contact me. The automatic doors were always broken. Some of my items came up missing.

I was given a price of 25 per month and then found out that insurance was added, so it would come to 41 a month. Thankfully, I was told what to do and I was able to cancel the insurance! Twenty five is a great price! Lots of room for my things!

Just got this storage unit 12/28 I show up on 12/29 to get in and drop stuff off the app won’t let me have access to the codes, telling me I owe $10?? I pay the $10 and it still says I still owe the money. I call the customer service number on the building, she Says sorry, I’m just 411 and HANGS UP on me! I call back and she just keeps telling me she is 411 and can not help me. The local number listed claiming they are open but no one answers.
