Love the mobile entry app- My review from last year. (2021) Fast forward 2022. I have rented here for 4 years. I have had rent increases, which can be expected. After 4 years I now am paying 2x or double of what I originally rented the unit for. My social security went up by 5.9% and my storage unit went up by 25% to equal double of what I originally rented this unit for. The facility is beautiful, just recently repainted, keep clean. Still love the mobile entry app, but I have decided to move to a more competitive unit.

It is neat and reasonably clean. I can't speak for the climate controlled units as I did not use one. The $1 first month fee is not actually real you are required to pay administrative fee of approximately $25 and insurance fee every month have at least $15, you are required to have a lock on your unit. Either bring a good one or you will be forced to buy one of their disc locks, for 20 dollars. The disc lock might be a good investment as most locks can be cut rather easily and the disc lock fits into the door in such a way as to make it very difficult to circumvent. The manager at this location is kind and takes all the time you need to explain everything to you, that's sad he is bound by the policy of the greater entity Public Storage Inc. If you can make sure that you get on auto pay. If you've ever seen Storage Wars that stuff is real and if you go for very long without paying your things will be auctioned off

What this place does it wrong, one month of a missed bill and they threaten to have your storage auctioned off. There are people out there who have some things going on in life and cant always pay things on time and how they treat the people is horrible. They don't care at all. My bank account got hacked and informed them that i was going to be a little late with paying and they told me they did not care if it was not paid within 2 days all my stuff would be gone. NEVER AGAIN will i go here.

Storage unit is fine but be careful with their pricing! I had a unit for 149 a month. 6 months later went to $189 and now 5 months later it’s $225. I believe they increase every 5-6 months!!! You’re better off going to the storage place on rate 112 in coram. Their pricing is fair.

I moved out of the unit 10days early with the assumption after an employee told me I would get a prorate on the rest of the rent that I had already paid for that month.... move my stuff out last night talk to them today or no we don't give prorate we don't give refunds so they basically stole my money that I already paid them they said it was month to month well I haven't stayed the whole month so I should get my money back so I don't recommend this place....at least not if you want to keep your money.

I have nothing but great things to stay about this location, everything went smooth with our transition from renting a house to buying a house and storing our stuff in public storage coram ny. The woman Carissa who seems to work there every single day was such a sweet heart. She was willing to help with anything anytime, very polite and a delight to talk with. She was the only face I saw there and she was amazing. I was originally going to their competitor who could not meet my reservation. I was desperate and saw them and how nice the place looked asked and Carissa could not have been more helpful and I am so glad their competitor failed. I got a better unit and a great deal and great service from the staff here. don't question any further store your stuff here and you wont regret it.

Can't believe the experience I had with the PM carrisa I moved my items in and a matter of 3 days my boxes was crumbling due to mositure by a vent. When I brought the PM down she states our building is old and I can't do anything about this. In unbelieve I contact corporate and was advised to call the insurance company after coming back to the PM carrisa- I them discovered she never had an appropriate unit in the first place. Corporate instrust her to call the DM and she hangs up and did nothing! I had to contact corporate back get the DM number and contact him myself! Never will I come here again
The last snow storm my unit was blocked in with a pile of snow. The guy on duty was very nice he come with his shovel and helped us shovel the snow out . The manager was very apologetic and took care of the problem right away.

Went to inquire about a storage unit due to the fact i am limited in space. The service was AMAZING. Miranda (one of the associates there) had accommodated me, very well mannered and knowledgeable. The girls in the office are very nice.. However, we have been there since November and we are late all the time. This past month our bill was $576. And if it wasn't paid in full by March 28.our stuff was going to auction.we made a $400 payment..Which meet we only owed $200. So I asked if we could pay the rest on Friday and she said no... I explained my mom's remains were in there along with all her paperwork, the dead to her house, her will, my son's baby stuff, 15 yrs of marriage stuff, photo albums that were my grandparents, marriage certificate, death certificate, my whole life growing up and everything me and my husband had accumulated in 15 yrs.. she didn't care nor would she work with me. Our bill was always late but always paid and she got an extra $45 a month from us. I just felt like she doesn't have a heart and all she wants is money..All I owe right now is $160.90 and it all fees. My storage rent is paid..

The Public Storage in Coram is the best place to store personal items. I have had a Unit there for 3 years and have been very pleased and satisfied. The Unit is clean, secure, well lit, well insulated, and easily accessible. All of my items have stayed well preserved with no mold or damage. The Property Manager, Shannon is very pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. She is very helpful to the customers and provides exceptional customer service. Shannon is a true asset to Public Storage and I wish her all the best.

I have been a renter there for almost a year now and i have absolutely no complaints, it is a great facility it is well lit after sunset the management there is top notch, and their prices are very competitive, as long as i continue to have a need for my 10x20 unit i will continue to rent there and if i need more space ill look into another unit at this location, very satisfied with my choice of where to rent and couldn't be happier with the outcome and how everything has been going so far. The service Jessica provided me with was exceptional. She took the time to explain everything to me. She went through all of the options and really made sure I felt comfortable storing my items there.
I was in a bit of a time constraint and really needed to get a storage space quick and something that was not going to kill my wallet. I was lucky enough to get the help of Jessica and she assisted in easing all my worries and giving me the best experience I could have asked for. With out her help I would not have had the piece of mind that I have now, knowing that all my stuff is secured, safe, and out of the way until I finish renovating part of my house. I am just so grateful to her and Public Storage. Thank you so much! I will definitely be referring Public Storage to all my family and friends!

I'm in the military and constantly moving. I've used Public Storage for a long time. The staff here is always extremely friendly, as well as helpful and knowledgeable answering any questions I ever have. The store is also great if you need any type of supplies for moving, from styrofoam and bubble-wrap to boxes of any size you could possibly need. I highly recommend coming here for any moving needs.

I rented a unit a few months ago and I am pleased with it. Prices are decent and the property is clean. Every time I stop in the office the people are very helpful and nice.
Christina was very helpfull and does a great job. I do believe the company its self is false advertising their promotion at $1 pays months rent. Because its acutally like $50 which is not even in the fine print of the sign!!!

Went to this location for packing supplies. The girls in there were very helpful. I told them everything I had, they were able to answer all my questions and informed me on all the items I would need. Was able to get all the boxes I needed in a convenient pack for a great price.
