Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 4300 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, NV

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!!!! I am so disappointed in this company. Was not able to set up in person, so did online. Paid all the fees then in less the a week I hear ads for first month rent of $1. Very annoyed that wasn't on the website. Then the price was raised up in 6months so I decided to leave. No one on the office again so set up a move out date at a different location that had people in the office. Now I am being harassed with calls and emails. For payment for the month after I moved out. So obviously if they even have employees on this property they didn't do their job. The gate entry will show I was out and haven't entered since 8/30. Lock off and everything. Also adding a $100 to the due amount... Making it 3xs the monthly rent.

sherri was very helpful and she’s very nice. This is my first time with A public storage and I never met the most nicest and most sweetest person in the world so if you need a storage unit, please come see my friend Sherri.

Rent at your own risk!!! Daughter and her roommate rented a storage unit that was supposed to be climate controlled, but was put in an outdoor unit. These girls are in college and didn’t question it without parents there. They were given the key for the unit to store belongings over the summer. We went there today to move their things into their new place. My daughter noticed the lock was different and the key did not fit. Spoke to Jonah and he kept saying we were supposed to be in an indoor unit. He kept gaslighting us like it was our fault. Come to find out whatever was in the girls storage unit had been cleared out as trash and Jonah was going to take it up with his district manager. About an hour later, Jonah happened to remember some of the contents in the unit and told us they were moved to a unit directly across. We drove back to Public Storage and was given the code for the lock. Opened up the door and their stuff was thrown in with other junk that wasn’t even theirs. Many high ticket items were stolen in what looks like an inside job. TV, refrigerator, fan, lighted mirror, designer purse, expensive bottles of perfume, home decor, jewelry and cosmetics were stolen and many items trashed beyond use. Everything had been ransacked. Do Not Use this place and if you do, have fun speaking to Jonah because he is very rude. He told the girls they should be lucky they got some of their things back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I wrote a negative review during frustration over receiving incorrect information from the call center. It cost me time and money. However, the property Manager came through today and made everything by going above and beyond. I am very grateful to Jonah (property mgr) I believe his name is..Thank you so much

Sherri was exceptional in addressing all my concerns, and more importantly, finding a solution to my problems! She went above and beyond in assisting me. I think she would be a valuable training asset to your company on how to serve your customers. I'd also advise you give her a raise! You don't want to lose someone this valuable to another company!

So in past 2 months I been dealing w issues about my storage. Jonah helped me all 3 times. All 3 times he was helpful and pleasant. Even today when I came in while he was at lunch. That's above and beyond if u ask me. I'd like to pay for a lunch for him, somehow and someway to do that

Mr. Jonah, was an excellent service person in your facility.. I would give him a 10 stars and a good rise for his smile and dedication to your company.. I've been to others here not good with customer service. Most of them here in Las Vegas gave me attitude, but this gentleman gave me all the answers. That I asked him. So quick and easy!!

After canceling the unit the first day, I received multiple calls a month later, he still had the nerve to charge me even though I canceled the unit. I called and complained about the front desk guy and then today he has the nerve to leave me a message saying I have a lock on the unit, which I never even used, and then told me to hold after not seeing me in the system, then he hung up in my face. This guy at the front desk needs a life or another job, he is awful with people.

Nothing bad to say great experience cheaper than the rest

There's an employee there named Jonah, that guy was great. He helped me with any questions I had and went above and beyond so, thank you for your help I really appreciate it!

My experience with public storage was exceptionally wonderful the property manager, Jonah was helpful, and was able to answer any and all questions and concerns that I had. He made me feel at ease with trusting public storage with my belongings. It is a pleasure to be doing business with him.

He would show me where my storage unit was at because I was walking in circles and I got confused on where my storage unit was at he was very helpful

Not happy at all! Beware renting here. They raised my rent on a 10x20 from 250 a month to 350 a month. I’ve been there less than a year.

Reserved a unit online and they called me to set up an appointment to view and sign the agreement. I scheduled it during my lunch break as they said they are only there till 1pm. Showed up and no one was there. Knocked on the door and called their direct office number and left a voicemail 3 times and no one answered or called back. Tried calling their customer service as well to get assistance and their answer was "what do you want me to do about it, I live in Cali". Can not recommend after this experience.

Staff barley does they're job. No one is there ever, and nobody answers the phone. Also have a cockroach and homeless/theft problem

Stay away from this storage place. Literally had someone smoking meth or some sort of drugs In the unit next to me as I was getting my stuff. Staff is in unresponsive. No one ever answers the phone and takes 3-5 days for someone to reply to your voicemail. Electric wires hanging and exposed in from of unit door and told just to ignore it when asked about it. Rent at your own risk

I really like the employees at Boulder Hwy Public Storage. Samantha, Property Manager, was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the multiple options for that site. I love my unit and feel confident that my stored items are secure!

Why is there noone in the office?

I rented twice - 1) One floor, drive up unit was nice. Security entrance and exit. They don't let customers use the dumpster (??), so there was trash everywhere. Price was the least expensive, but the price went up to average after the first month (??). We were charged a cleaning fee while the stuff was stored (??) and no one knew why, but they couldn't fix it. A person not on the agreement was able to change my gate code through the office (??) now I can't enter until I change code through the office. 2) We started moving in on the 3rd and we were thrown out on the 7th because we accidentally backed the trailer into the wall, leaving a 3" hole in the drywall. We offered to repair the hole, but were told that it broke the contract and we had to move. Four days, no refund. Plus, we weren't allowed on property or in our unit and in order to move out we had to have an escort on the property.

Was w/ a friend who has a couple storages here

It's a great place, just verify that you have a pull string on the light. For some reason it's a big deal here to make the light usable.

Would highly recommend this place scared is awesome and it's gated. They just don't let anybody in there which is awesome willing to negotiate. If you can't afford to pay rent at that point in time would highly recommend this place.

Wall everything was okay , but all our staff got dusty, started falling apart so when we got our staff out after paying for year or so we just had to through everything away my bed, couches, all my 3 bedroom staff was of no use even though I paid my insurance but nothing was in good condition to keep them so I threw them away 😩😫now I have nothing in my apartment .

Hours at this storage facility just don't work people are just getting off work and rushing through traffic and by the time you get there the place is closed Saturday and Sunday they close even earlier so go figure how do I get to deal with my belongings and have enough time to get it done when they close so early I think I should find something cheaper and longer hours for my convenience when I pay too much in the first place

Put our stuff in there 2 1/2 years ago been back to check on it periodically it was a rather large unit finally went to clean it out and realize the place is infested with cockroaches, they completely ruined a mattress and made a long term home out of one of my new couches, for the record I’m a clean person I have clean things and this review is in no way some type of revenge to get back at the business owner, also found rat droppings Over quite a bit of my stuff, While their rates may be very competitive I would not recommend using this public storage
