On Thursday, I went to the Public Storage facility at Bethania ready to move to another company because you keep increasing the fees, and what you are doing, in my opinion, is dishonest and highway robbery; however Megan was so kind and helpful that I decided to stay with Public Storage. The 5 Stars are for Megan, who was really helpful to me, Senior citizen, I hope you appreciate how truly great she is... she is a rare gem!

I went to public storage doing some pricing after I had just left other storage places with ridiculous prices.. the lady at the front desk her name is Megan a sweetheart best customer service experience ever if you need a place to store your stuff temporarily or long-term please come to the public storage over here Megan is the best the sweetest lady I met had me laughing the whole while I was in there hook me up with promotions that they had it was just the greatest experience all around huge public stores it's the best
