Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 9907 Chapel Hill Road, Morrisville, NC

I've been renting for nearly a year and I love the location, the ease of accessing the building. There have been no leaks, no pest issues, ( minus a few small spiders which no one is dodging that one anywhere in North Carolina). I just swapped out a 10*15 for a 10*25. The newer unit is spacious and is 360° metal. No concrete walls on the side like the smaller one I moved out of. I'm even happier with this new unit. Intro price is good. I recommend using their units.

Tionna was super helpful to us yesterday as we rented our unit. She showed us the unit, answered all our questions, and proactively provided all the necessary information about our rental. She is by far the best Public Storage customer service agent we've encountered over the years!

The property manager at this location goes above and beyond. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Great location. No piling stuff on carts and going up and down elevators. All the spaces are drive up and wide enough for moving trucks to get in and out. The property is gated and well maintained and the property manager lives on site which you don’t see much of anymore. Would highly recommend this location. WTG Public Storage!!

As an ER doctor relocating from Florida to North Carolina, my interaction with a Public Storage CSR was disappointing. The male phone representative lacked professionalism, with a demeanor akin to a disgruntled alligator. Despite providing clear instructions regarding my storage needs for my car (Jaguar) and furniture, he sarcastically scrutinized the vehicle's condition and questioned my ability to pay. This unwarranted lecture and impoliteness led me to seek services at a more respectful competitor, as Public Storage's customer service was akin to a chaotic emergency room scenario.

I’m so happy this location is under new management, Deborah was very helpful and accommodating this last PM told us we wouldn’t have a lock on our unit until the 16th , came to put some things in storage and found a lock! Deborah went and cut the lock off and assured we’d have better access and help giving us clarity on what’s happening with this location. Overall this is a very great location and you should definitely store your belongs here!

Extremely poor customer service. After my card was double charged, they claimed they issued a refund. I did not receive it and then they want me to take a paper copies from my credit card company to prove I didn’t receive the refund!!! They are too lazy to even bother confirming their own inaccurate records. This was corporate. Local staff are rude and lazy too

I've used other storage facilities in the past but Public Storage tops them all. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly as well as helpful. I feel very at ease leaving my possessions and valuables at this location. A++ in my opinion.

I am so happy with this storage location. Don and Victoria were just so helpful with everything! Even if I call and no one answered, I would leave a message and they would quickly call me back. I looked at other Storage Units and this one had the best prices. I can use my public Storage app to manage the security gate. I definitely recommend this Public Storage.

They don't have enough managers. Essentially if you need them you have to wait for a call back. There is also an end time, I think it is 9pm. So if you have to get something or pack something late evening, you will not get in the gate. Prices go up again and again.

I had to make a sudden decision to rent a storage unit. Something went wrong online and the person at the unit handled my issue quickly. Every time I called or asked questions, the person on the other end (Natalie?) was so polite and friendly. She made a tough situation bearable.

The whole staff is wonderful and friendly everytime I use this location. Clean storage and easy to navigate!

I needed a storage unit and I loved being able to use the app to do all the details so that it would just be easy to go right to the unit, and the lock would be there. The website was able to give all the information I needed and there were plenty of options. Then to close the contract out I just needed to click in the app and it was done! I called in to make sure everything was fine (it was) and they answered right away, were super nice and helpful.

Some old guy that works this place is super rude. Never fail to pay your bill on time or I guess it's cause for him to treat you like garbage and it's super inconvenient for him to have to remove the lock the property puts on the unit once you pay it and come to turn in a move out notice. And then when you're talking to the companion on your way out that you brought with you, he'll think you're muttering under your breath at him. And then will cop at attitude when you decide to defend yourself against his nasty attitude. Do not recommend renting here, or at least coming in when someone else is in charge.

This Public Storage location never has a person in the office. Each time I have called or gone by the location in person, there is never anyone available. Also when I call, I am always directed to use the Public Storage app. That is not helpful if you need to speak to a live person. The virtual assistant can only help so much because they may not be in the area/state you are calling about. Why have a manager on the property if they are never on the property! I purchased a storage unit online and this will be my first and only month with this company. I have not been satisfied with the level of service or professionalism I expected. The storage units don’t seem to get swept out so make sure you bring a broom with you when opening your space. The lighting is not good and at night, you will need a flashlight with you to see. It is a small storage facility and is somewhat difficult to maneuver a large SUV or truck around corners. Space to turn is tight. My second day using the space, I saw a U-haul truck get hung up and had to get assistance getting out the storage area. Not a good experience with this location. I needed a second space in the facility and just took the remainder of my belongings out of it and my access to the space has already been taken. I paid for the month so how do you remove my access to the space I paid for and not even spoken to me, the customer! Terrible service…. Sadly disappointed

The staff when they're there are very friendly. The challenge is when you have a need to talk to a staff they're not available or you have to call another number and sometimes they answer and sometimes they don't they are understaffed and unfortunately the customers are suffering from it so thankfully I have not had any major issues with my unit there is a piece of the door I'm trying to think of what it's called but it's like a rubber piece to make sure that the water doesn't go into my unit is falling off and it has been since I rented the unit and I can't seem to get a hold of anybody to let him know so I just hope it doesn't rain enough where the water gets into my unit.
