I rented a unit today and Kathy took care of me. She is the nieces person I met in the two years I have been living in NC. From start she treated me like we were long lost family. She explained everything and made sure I was satisfied before I walked out the door. If you need a storage unit in Lexington she is the person to go to.

It was easy to rent my unit online. The website was easy to navigate and I was given a follow up call just to make sure I was satisfied with the unit and service. I loved that!!
We were moving out of state and needed some last minute storage. I called and within just a few minutes they texted me the gate code, hours of business and where dollies and carts were if we needed them. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find a lock & key with a brochure about the facility. The facility is clean and well kept. The unit also had a light that really helped out. My husband and I are very happy with our choice and the fact that they followed up within the week to see if we had any questions and to thank us for choosing them!
KATHY IS A VERY NICE PERSON. SHE IS ALWAYS VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. SHE IS ALWAY THERE TO HELP AND LISTEN TO YOUR CONCRNS.SHE MANAGES THE FACILITY VERY WELL AND MAINTAINS A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT.

DO NOT rent from them, but can't say enough about Kathy!! Issues are with the company. The prices are outrageous!! My brother has a storage unit & was late 6 months & still kept his unit. Here 6 days late, can't
get into your unit & cost $26.15 extra. Ridiculous!! Then you have to buy another lock again. I work but, can't afford to pay all at once, but i pay half every 2 weeks. Trying to get caught up.
Crooks run this place. Don't use this storage facility.

Let me start by saying Kathy is great! Was so kind and helpful when I got my unit.. my issue lies with the company itself. The price for my unit has increased twice since I got it less than a year ago.. and just a few days ago I was there dropping off some antique doors.. I left at 9:02 and I’ve received not one.. not two.. but 6 texts from the company telling me that after hours exits are not allowed… just annoying in general.

If I could give negative stars I DEFINITELY WOULD! Very unprofessional. I called because I was supposed to get my first month for 1$ per add. I started renting a 5x5 (I didn't know this was a closet for $56!) November 2022. I'm then charged far more than just the $56. +$17. $73 freaking dollars!!!! Then comes the next rent that's due. Paid it. On January 1st I get a notice saying my auto pay didn't go through. I forgot I cancelled the card due to being hacked. I got a "courtesy text stating I wouldn't be charged late fee if I fixed it. And of course I did! I was charged $96!!!! For a 5x5!!! WTH. They lie, manipulate, and bate n switch! I should sue! Not only that.., the lady answering the phone wouldn't give me her name and admit if she was management. She answered the phone on speakerphone also. Seemed kind of off to me. But who knows what she was doing. Obviously not working.
I highly... And I mean HIGHLY DO NOT Recommend THIS PLACE.

Kathy reached out to the people in charge down there, and worked tirelessly to make things happen for me. If it wasn't for her, all of his belongings would've been auctioned off. I can't thank Kathy enough for her help!! She helped me when she didn't even have to, which speaks volumes about her as a person!

Doesn't mind prorating for when a customer moves in to their facility. Doesn't mind Jacki g the prices up double what others are charging. BUT apparently when vacate the property they DO NOT prorate that month. AND to make it even better they think they can rent the same unit to someone else so they collect your entire month and another customers prorated month . Simply put BAD BUSINESS. STAY AWAY . THEY MAKE WVERY ATTEMPT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY . . Pretty sure it's against the law to double rent something as well. May have to check on that and see if further action can be taken
Don't bother making a reservation unless you pay the moment you make it. It is not truly held only the price is. Try calling customer service, Oh wait don't bother they just laugh and are very rude or send you to the Spanish line! And if you see one of their specials they love false advertising!!! Add to my BBB complaint because you'll find that it's false to. And I say go straight to BBB because when you ask to speak to someone in charge customer service says they are working from their living room and no one can help me and continue the rude and aggressive treatment. Thanks Alan on the Spanish line for making me hate this place before I even got a chance to rent a unit!!!
