We have used public storage for about a year and it’s been very convenient. The Bluetooth access to the facility it easy to use and hours are perfect. The property is gated and secure with cameras so I know my stuff is safe. Their office staff has been helpful with moving in and out.

The ladies at the Clayton location were extremely helpful, very professional and caring at the same. They understood that I was going through an expected life situation and both Ms. Desiree and Ms. Dawn were empathetic to my situation. Their recommendation for the size unit that I was going to need was right on point. If you're in need of a storage facility I highly recommend giving this location a call these ladies will have your best interest at heart.

This is a wonderful place. Dottie was incredible with all her knowledge, assistance and very comfortable answering all my many questions. Dottie made sure our space was clean. She took the time to show us the different available size storage areas and just made it the best decision. After getting a call back from several storage areas in the general location. We contracted with PS due to the best interaction with Dottie.
Less money per month and a definite contract time was NOT an interest to me. I knew that DOTTIE and her managed facility was where my things would be very well taken care of. NO QUESTION S. SECURITY OF MY PERSONAL PROPERTY means everything
