I was able to get a unit that day and move in that same day. They are concerning, even reached out to make sure everything went smoothly. The directions were easy to follow also. Even though there is not a person in the office, the system they have in place allows you to work with a real person. I had no trouble renting my space nor getting into the complex nor finding my unit. My unit was clean and ready to load up.

Convenient location and the Public Storage app is great, even functions as a gate remote with Bluetooth which I use ALL the time (remembering gate codes can be a pain). The property itself is a little run down and is smaller/narrow (no semi access at all), but it’s always clean and well lit.

I'm not one to write review to be honest - I think they're for the lonely or bored, but I loved the place and especiially the chap running it. As a british native customer service is something you hear about a lot in America, but it's usually completely lacking or none existent.
Donovan or Don as I ended up calling him was an absolute pleasure to deal with, what a legend. - a lot of business's (I'm talking to you american airlines and almost all fast food restaurant staff) could do with a lesson from him. I maintain your skills aren't being put to good use. Get a spot on an open mic, you're hilarious sir. If your manager doesn't promote you soon then he's not using your potential. If you actually read this, then thanks again Don. Hopefully we get to chat again.
