Super clean and well laid out storage. Love how my phone connects with the gate so I do not have to enter a code to open it. So convenient.
The storage place is clean and easy to access. It’s nice that they have equipment to help you move your stuff if you need it. I’m not sure if my space is really 5x5 which is what I rented but otherwise I can’t complain. I did really like the space and the move in process exceeded my expectations.
Today is 11/19/2025
Called in regards to a second price increase in one year of renting our storage unit. No one answered the first time i called but within minutes i got a call back and Spoke with Tracey and she was soft spoken and bubbly the whole conversation, she explained to me about how it increases with the market, i understood that but then she took and delayed the increase by 3 months and for someone who is trying to buy her first home every penny counts so her doing that was incredibly helpful and kind! She is someone who i would like to speak with every time i call from now on, not only because she spoke kind and did a kind thing but because she was knowledgeable in her job from answering my question to then doing what she could to make sure i stayed happy (even though i wasn’t upset at all only wanted to make sure it was correct).
Tracey was super thorough and helpful. Very proactive on getting me in here on my first month. Give her the vacation!!!

I love the convenience of reservation online and having Bluetooth access is absolutely phenomenal especially when it comes to not having to roll down the windows during the cold just to punch I'm a pin number for entry/exit locations. I only wish there was 24 hour access

I rented my storage unit on line and found out it was long walk to the unit inside the climate control. Ms Crystal was very polite and helpful with the dummy(me) who rented the wrong type of unit. She quickly changed my rental space and agreement. She personally showed us the new unit and by the time my wife and son had most the truck emptied. We were back at the unit.
