Location is great. I've only been renting for about a month but from what I seen, the place is always clean. Employees are kind and understanding. The move in price was pretty cheap as well but getting the renters insurance was a pain in the ass.

This is all about Crysta at the Waterford location. She's an absolute gem. As a customer of Public Storage this past year I wasn't happy with the latest price hikes and have found that getting ahold of an actual person can be futile at times BUT Crysta is amazing. I went there today to grab the last items out of my unit and she was there sweeping out another unit near mine. She was friendly and immediately asked if I needed anything. Once she saw I was taking a small fishing boat out of the unit she suggested I pull in close and she offered to give me a hand loading it. I gladly accepted the assist. Her customer service was extraordinary; genuine and kind. Public Storage you have a fantastic employee in Crysta.

My 5 ⭐ are honestly only for Crysta M. The Dixie highway manger of 2745. She was so attentive to my needs and the needs of others from the time I walked in to check on my unit and size. She has help me fix my unit situation as well as helped me adjust to moving in. Crysta is very patient and empathetic. I appreciate this location that I have been renting from for years because they still have a live person to talk to and not a agent in a kiosk. I want to say that Krista is the best. I was confused and called about my rental and she was able to explain everything for me. Nice helpful and was able to get me a little lower of a payment. Shouts out to this public storage, I have been using them for a year now and they have always been helpful and willing to fix any issues. One thing I will say about this one is that occasionally they will not be open so it's good to call ahead before you go. This is most likely because they are short staffed but rest assured if this public storage is closed there is one that is not to far away that is open and vice versa. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
