UPDATE: This didn’t age well. We ended up with a ton of mold on all of our stuff because they didn’t keep the climate controlled. You could walk into the whole building and smell it. Then they were awful to work with about it. After all was said and done, we learned this was an issue with A LOT of Public storage buildings and within our location too.
We got this storage unit a week ago. We spent every day there for a week. Jenn helped get us all set up. She was wonderful. Very sweet, personable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. I had been dreading getting a unit, but she made it worthwhile. I know we are in good hands there.
Shamar was most helpful and I brought my things in and she helped me get used to the system.

I moved my storage to Pulic Storage because the rates at my other storage were outrageous the staff was never in the office. I brought my own lock to Public Storage and was due a refund. I had the please of meeting Tracy who was happy to help me with the refund. Moving is a stressful thing Tracy made me feel better with her pleasant and helpful demeanor I would recommend anyone looking for storage to check out the Public Storage at 8410 Broadband
Five stars for Shamair, who provides a very high level of customer service, knowledge, and attention to detail. My observation over two consecutive days of moving boxes in and out of storage units is that she manages a number of responsibilities with a high degree of competence and professional courtesy.

By far the best customer service I have had an any Public Storage, or any storage facility I’ve used. Jenn and Samantha are incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Simply wonderful customer service.
On top of that, the facility is clean and well maintained. Some places really don’t take the time to keep the facility and grounds clean, but the effort really shows here.
The five stars are well earned and I am thankful to have found this location.

Not only is she such a joy to work with, she made the process so smooth and easy. When I mistakenly reserved a non-climate controlled unit, she gave me so much information and provided me with multiple options. She helped us through the process and was always available, in person and on the phone. With a manager this great it is no surprise the facility is run so smoothly! Also, it is super clean!
