Moving is already stressful but this team made the storage part of the process easier. Ellistina greeted me kindly in the parking lot & Whitney was a great help in helping me get checked in and helping me decide which unit would suit me best. The facility is clean, the team was helpful, knowledgeable and organized. I will say that I’m not pleased with how frequently the gate is broken. I tried to access my unit before the office was open and it was offline. I need items for a deadline today and can’t access them. There’s no one to call and no other way to access my unit. This is VERY frustrating when my rate has gone up almost $80 in a year….

This storage location is absolutely wonderful. My experience storing here, with the help of Sonya Curtis, Ronnie, and Whitney, has been one of the best I've ever had in working with any professional entity. To start, the location is extremely well-maintained, bright, and spacious. It's located in a wide open and beautiful section of Capitol Heights, which almost makes you forget you're going to a storage facility at all. Most importantly, however is the staff. The positive reviews do not lie. Sonya Curtis is absolutely tremendous, is so kind, and has gone the extra mile for me and my storage needs every time I've interacted with her. When a freight shipment unexpectedly came a day early to this location for me, she contacted me without an ounce of displeasure, and helped to ensure that they didn't leave with the shipment so that I could get there to receive it - knowing that it would've been a complete nightmare for me had they left. She easily could've let them drive off and had no obligation to do what she did, but instead she took the time to extend herself and help. Ms. Sonya honestly makes me want to rent more units, just because her support has been so incredible. Both Ronnie and Whitney, who also do / have worked in this location, have been nothing but kind and helpful from the beginning. The kindness and service is unmatched. I honestly have zero complaints - only gratitude for this place and its people. Thank you guys!
I never write reviews - but decided to write one for this facility, because my experience was so positive. Miss Sonya and the team here are amazing, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage. I know these reviews seem almost too good to be true, but they really are true. The customer service is so great that I actually enjoy moving, and seeing the team when I do.

And The Establishment Cleanliness Is Outstanding! 2 times to this storage* for a short period*Only for 2 months each time, But rather you need short term or long term, I Would truly recommend Ez Storage!! Update: this place is still great, staff are fantastic, the building is always clean, etc. Shout-out to Sonia and the team. Kim, Rose and the entire staff are always helpful and straightforward. Never any problems with my unit, and one time the unit was accidentally unsecured they called me within half a day.

I wish it was a little cheaper but I can not complain. The place is super clean the staff is nice and super amazing make you feel like you are their family. The place is very security and they take security seriously. They say safey is the key.

Just visited the Ezstorage in Capital Heights and we are very pleased with the facility. It is extremely clean and there well cared for. We were able to view each size storage unit and each were exceptionally clean. Sonya explained costs and the lease completely. This facility is just what we need for a short term storage rental.
