I've been renting from this location for 6 months and customer service has been great. Recently,I lost my lock keys and searched EVERYWHERE for them to no avail. Ginger ,who was super sweet even tried and helped my uncle to remove it with his bolt cutter and nothing. Nonetheless, the a locksmith/bolt cutter agent came and was able to remove it for me and it was DEEPLY appreciated. Ginger and Jarrod, 10/10 will recommend 👏🏾🙌🏾.

Management was not very welcoming. Bad carts to move in .. and not nearly as many as told would be available. If you get a special online price expect to be all the way in the back back of the building... Like 7 block walk

Any problems that I’ve had, the staff have been able to take care of them expeditiously. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit. Perks are feeling safe while using my code early in the morning.
This location is so clean the units and the common areas are well kept. We appreciated the bathroom and the office beinf so clean. The staff was very helpful. It is a very secure location and nearby a Uhaul and several food options likeMc Donald’s, KFC, Wendy’s, Panda Express, 7-11 and more. Ginger is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. We have been here several times from California & Dallas Texas.
