I had THE most above and beyond experience here with the manager Kelly. My grand mother rented a unit and has trouble with technology. Kelly was more than patient with her. Showed her how to download the app (which opens doors right from the app and HOW to use it) Set her up for autopay and continued to answer questions over and over. Made us feel welcomed and like we were family. I’m glad she chose this company to store her things. You can definitely tell she really cares. I can’t tell you how much that means to us!! Service on point

The local phone number has been down and no representative has been there during office hours for at least a week, possibly more if another customer I ran into looking for the office person is too be believed. My stuff is in good condition there and it's pretty easy to access everything so I won't totally pan it, but they did jack up rent every nine months or so, and because no one was around troubles with access make it difficult to get in and out when necessary.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this facility is. Kelly has been so supportive and amazing during a rough time. She is kind, courteous, diligent, just an overall great person. The facility is clean, well kept, and above all else they actually care about the customer. If you’re looking for a place to store your items, this is where you want to go. Thank you to Kelly and Public storage. You guys rock!!!

The staff is really great, when they’re able to be there. Bruce is very helpful and kind. The building however, has so many flaws that the corporation should be ashamed of. The sidewalk by the elevators is falling apart, Ive seen people trip and fall, ive had my Dolley stumble and cause all of my belongings to slam on the concrete. I have to bring my own Dolley because the ones they supply make it impossible to steer and navigate through the storage hallways. There is barely any service at this location which makes it hard to access the gates and elevators since it requires you to be on the app. I was only renting a space for four months before they raised the price by $45. Luckily Bruce gave me a break on that until June, by which time I moved everything out. I’m really disappointed in the corporation, by no means the staff, because I figured a popular storage company would be able to supply their locations with better equipment and a better space for their customers of Lynn.
