There are people living in the units stealing other people’s property, and selling/ making illegal goods and management does nothing

She also apologized for the person at the new public storage who informed me that my account would be finalized. She also apologizes for Boston Street Storage for not notifying others and myself Public Storage were taking over. I appreciated this. Thank you. *I did not receive notice Boston Storage was changing to Public Storage. I went to pay my bill and was unable to so I went in person. I decided to close the account immediately when I saw it was becoming Public Storage, they had told me I had to first sign an agreement and they will wave the charges. I have never moved into my unit since my last review. Day later I receive a call asking for a payment. The Woman was kind and I explained who took my information and she would handle it. A couple days later, they are still asking for payments. Public Storage denied the wave, got the move out day wrong even though I was on camera, and I was unable to talk to someone over the phone from the location since. I paid the bill but the point remains this shouldn't have happened. Addition: I finally got a call from Bruce AFTER I paid for them to tell me to ignore any emails. Obviously. Old review: *****Emplyoees at Boston Street Self Storage so far have been courteous, respectful, and has gone above and beyond helpful for mine and my wife's financial situation.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Cate met us with a key on her day off when we first got the unit and didn’t plan well enough. Storage was clean and easily accessible whenever we needed it. When our end date was up in the air, she worked with us while we figured it out. A great business to work with and wonderful management. Highly recommend!
