Now Public Storage is a horrible experience. They made a mistake with processing my payment. It took many calls to National as well as the local facility to get it straightened out. Then they still wrote the receipt for my repayment as if it were my fault. Rates go up far too often. I was quoted a price, it went up without notice in a short period of time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Use another place. I wanted to give no stars but that wasn't an option.

I can’t say enough words to tell you how great and hardworking FRANK is @the Hyde Park storage unit. We’ve had this unit for 2 years but this is my 1st time visiting in person to remove some items. Anything I needed from a dolly to directions FRANK was SUPER helpful and patient!! He needs a raise!! This place is very busy, surprisingly. And I’m here on Mon afternoon during everyone else’s work hours. He definitely needs a raise!!

I needed a unit to store my furniture and some other household items during a remodel. This location is close to my house, climate controlled, and had good reviews. My first 10 months were fine, however, there were moisture problems in my last few months that caused mold and mildew growth on my furniture and several other items, and there was generally a musty smell in the building. I tried contacting the District manager, but never received a call back.

Amazing customer service!!! Keon helped me out so much, gave me a tour of my unit, very friendly and courteous... I highly recommend this location!

I have been this storage facility for a couple of months, it's clean and the staff is amazing. Today a was looking for one of the supplied carts and Keon was great he let me know that more have been ordered and even offered to lend me shoe spikes (yaktracks) if I needed them for the ice.

I am currently renovating my house and needed to store my contents for a few months. From the moment I was price hunting to actually moving in Rick has been an absolute GOD SENT! He called me to confirm and also let me know about other deals they had going on which worked out because I ended up purchasing a bigger unit and filled it up. It didn't stop there, everytime I have visited my unit, Rick us onsite and ready to assist in anyway he can, that let's me know that he is attentive and that my unit (along with all the other unit) are well looked after. This past weekend we were running a few minutes behind on getting to the storage unit and Rick graciously allowed us in and stuck around to make sure everything was safe. It is so comforting to know that people still care!

This is a joke, do not fall into the trap. I had to come and edit my old review, & that's how uncomfortable I feel after trying every month to empty the storage and not having access to the trash. Rick was always telling me to come by the end of the month, and he would let me use the trash because "it gets too full." There was I, this weekend (end of month exactly on the 30th) BUT still, I was not allow to use the trash!!!! He has no words period. LOST all my respects. I feel like he was trying make me extend my renting period by not allowing me to use the trash. I actually did not need the storage anymore, but I had to keep paying because there was no place for me to throw away trash. If I could give a zero star I would because I know he gives a zero Fu(k$...... By the way don't waste your time calling me to re-write this review like last time !

I don't have nothing bad to say about them because this is my third renting a unit with them

Rick was very helpful to me as I started a storage with him about a month ago. He was very clear, and seemed to care about my needs as a customer. I went back a couple of weeks later with my mother in lae and was lucky enough to get Rick again. He was again very helpful and even came out to the truck to assess what we had in order to see what size storage unit we need. Great service and safe storage
