Units are clean and affordable, property manager is friendly and welcoming and gave me a welcome call to make sure I always had contact info for someone I could reach in case of issues, couldn’t ask for more!
Super friendly staff, James called me to welcome me to my new unit and let me know that they were available if I needed help with anything

Everything was ready for me, I was able to get in and out very easily, the system works perfectly, if there’s ever a need to reach personal it can be done by the automated systems, there prepared for me at all times of my needs.

The worst storage facility Ive ever dealt with. They lost my number for 30 days and corporate was ZERO help no phone call nada. Only because I found district manager number. (Cant tell you how) was I able to resolve the nightmare. Corp you should be ashamed if you had a conscience you would. F you is all I can think of
Absolutely horrible service. They very communicative when they get you in. But, no one is available once you’re a customer. No staff at rental offices and customer service is not helpful. I can’t access my unit because they changed my door,but they expect me to continue to pay. Never again.
Very easy to order, very easy to enter the parking lot with my phone I was able to get inside, lock the gate behind me. You will however have to pay insurance for the unit. Or at least I did.
Do not store your stuff here!!!! I have been here exactly a week and went back to my unit and found mouse poop and saw a mouse run across the unit🤮 It’s only been 1 week and I’m moving my stuff ASAP before a whole infestation happens.
Waste of my time to call for a reservation because the computer "couldn't rent it to me" and even in the email it didn't work and my reservation was rented out to someone else. What a joke.
Highly suggest public storage on tanners lane. This location features an on site electronic kiosk that will walk you through the renting process and is very easy. And if you needed help with anything at all, Dan the man at this public storage site is very helpful. This location is the best public storage I’ve dealt with!
This place is DIRTY!!!! We were looking for a quick storage unit, and they had one open. When we went to move in, there was MOLD and the ceiling interior was falling on the floor leaving behind a sticky residue. This place is known for having MICE and BUG infestations!!! It was so nasty, as were the people at the front counter! That should’ve been the first red flag. We decided to never move in, and since they suck at answering their phones, they never marked us moved out!!! Couldn’t get a hold of ANYONE!!! Sent a collections bill. This place is the definition of trashy, please save yourself the trouble and go with CubeSmart in Florence right down the street instead!!! They’re cleaner!
We had our items there for about a year. We just cleaned out our unit and the amount of mouse feces and obvious nests is unbelievable!! Not to mention the insulation from the ceiling falling all over our items. Items from my children's infancy ruined, items from my classroom ruined. I'm beyond livid at this point. I am contacting their insurance company but I want to save anyone else from this.
Amber(customer service ) was very sweet and polite throughout my process however when I moved my stuff out their was a lot of
ceiling insulation all over my stuff and there were mouse droppings in many places? There were also a couple times I had paid my bill but for whatever reason their online system would screw up and charge me a late fee saying the info wasn’t correct? Never changed any info so I’m

I was kind of excited when I first moved into the place that the place looked like it was going underneath of the renovation since then I'm kind of questioning what's going on at the place there seems to be several characters that boys are in a storage unit but no vehicles around and walking around kind of scheduling I'm content with my unit but I'm now kind of questioning as I know for a fact there is people living inside of storage units is there is more than one group of people living in storage units I hope this problem is taken care of soon probably after this post would be nice
Had our furniture there for a few years.
Prices increased quite frequently. Finally got our stuff moved out. Lots of mouse poop upon moving out.
We needed a storage unit for 2 weeks.. I regret ever putting anything in here. My brand new mattress is covered in mouse droppings and chewed up, there's garbage all over the place and there isn't anyone here to discuss anything with. Once they get your money you're on your own.
Onsite management is non-existent. They never answer their phone or return calls after voicemails. The on-site office is always locked and no one is there. It's honestly kind of suspicious and makes me nervous. We're moving out by the end of the month after repeated calls about issues to management never being answered. New paint though so that's cool.
First, I chose this storage location because it was a good price compared to other places in the area. A few months in my rent went from $100 to $152 a month with zero notice. I went to clear out my storage unit and everything was covered in thick nasty brown insulation from the ceiling. It's in and on all of my belongings and it stains.
Then on checkout, my last day was the first day of the month, after I cleared out my unit I got a phone call that I was being charged an entire month. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT rent from this place. Horrible units and dishonest rental policies.
Only redeemable quality is the sweet lady in the office. Whoever runs this place makes her take the heat for their horrible practices.

I would rate this place a -0 if I could. The place is horrible. One time we went to the storage place and the gate was wide open and broken. We had our camper stored at the facility for over a year and we had our battery stolen, they broke into the camper and took our TV and other personal items. The response that we got when we reported the stolen items, is that we could file a report with the police. Don't waste your money.
They have nothing that is gate controlled unless you want to pay $300 per month. Avoid them.
