Shawn was very kind while answering all of my questions and patient while I made up my mind what I was going to do. The new location was nice and clean and easy to get into.
I would also like to acknowledge Gunner at a different location who answered a bunch of first round questions and helped find the most convenient location for me. Friendly with great, positive energy.

Does anybody even work here? Don’t count on needing anyone from the front office because nobody is ever there and the door is ALWAYS locked

Shawn was awesome
Arrived with unloading company only to find large truck parked in the only bay that was available. Desk clerk seemed to be oblivious to the fact that out of 3 bays only one was available for use. He kept telling me he had nothing to do with the availability of bays and couldn't open the other 2! I had to pay overtime charges to unloading company!! This is absolutely unacceptable and I won't use this facility again!!
Sean at the front desk is genuinely one of the most helpful customer service employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. He helped me work through a bunch of issues I encountered upon move in and is super reliable and communicative! Would highly recommend!
