Cheap rent , and it should be , Maintenance and up- keep none existent. Units you move into are rundown, doors don't even stay open ( weakened springs) gutters leak everywhere, light inside unit only perk..

Helped me out and explained everything I had questions about including the prorated part that sometimes is tricky-this is my 2nd time renting a unit from them-and their will be a 3rd-

Hard to get a hold of, having to leave messages. Seems hard to cancel units also.

This is a review in two parts. When I first looked at storage in the area, the website seemed promising. The web signup was a little much and ultimately it wouldn't take my payment or let me finish registering my account. But I reserved a time to 'move in' and decided to see it through. I received a call from the actual property management the same day I set the appointment and they were helpful and answered my concerns about the signup process, assuring me it would all work out on the day. When I met at the location, the person that helped me was professional and completed my setup quickly. They didn't surprise me with any additional fees or up-charges. I was able to log into the app and access the entrance gate right from my phone. We went in and out half a dozen times on the first day and the app connected and operated the gate each time. The unit was spacious and clean. We stored most of the contents of 3 dorm rooms, minus beds, in a 10'x15' unit. So even if you have an issue with the initial online setup, don't let that scare you off. The on site management called me twice before the appointment to answer any questions or concerns I might have. The grounds are clean and the structure is well maintained.

They were amazing. They made sure I was still getting my unit, and they called twice. Luckily, that second time, I got just the right person, and he helped me get checked out right over the phone. They are very communicative and help you every step of the way. They got me my storage unit just in time, and it's a nice size, and I will be purchasing another unit again.

Had some issues with my initial reservation online because my phone was broken, and this facility had excellent customer service in helping me make sure I got what I needed. Thomas was excellent at making sure that I was able to get what I needed.

Shout out to Thomas Miller at the 18th st location, prompt and simple service on a morning when that’s exactly what I needed. Booked through a third party, in person payment was easy enough and detailed. Overall decent, though I think the storage units could use a sweep out.

Deplorable service!! My storage was broken into by management I noticed my items were wet due to rain as well as my lock tampered with on my unit, also found chewing tobacco in my storage bin and I don't indulge in any tobacco use. Just so happen it's no cameras in the aisle my unit was in. The manager just so happened to knew that my ammmo that was missing was 9mil a folder with all my important documents went missing but mysteriously appeared today months after I filed a police report. RUN RUN RUN

My ol lady had a unit here after and I had her store my Nascar stuff and we recently stopping using the storage shed there and I checked and my Dale Earnhart was in perfect condition and I've put off from months to see how my cars were and it was perfect. I've never been so happy to see the legendary speed machine. Wonderful place!

The attendant was very friendly and quick in setting me up with a unit. The unit and entire place was super clean. 100% would recommend this place to anyone looking for extra storage.

They are still a good storage facility, however, I have seen the price jump by fifty percent. They definitely are a good short term facility. I would not choose them for a long term establishment.

They stole everything from me my Jordan collection all my son toys things etc they are SNEEKY them young boys steal everything sad
