Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is for faye and faye ONLY!! She was very helpful and kind during the process regarding my late father’s unit. Also was one of the only employees from this location I was in contact with over the last 3 months since my father’s passing. The property manager made it very hard to be in contact with him. I spoke with him only ONCE. Afterwards he didn’t answer the number he gave me to contact him nor did he respond to email pertaining to the matter, as if it wasn’t difficult enough with the grieving process, I had to worry about my fathers items potentially being auctioned off because his lack of communication. A meeting date and time was set up with the property manager Steven and I flew out from NYC just for him to be out on PTO after I was instructed he would be there 2 weeks prior. Luckily faye was able to help and assist with me gaining access to the unit.
It’s been really smooth working with Tarmisha. She’s really nice and professional. Definitely would recommend going to this location
