Ms. Mary called me about my lock being damaged. I explained to her that when I called a few months ago I asked if it could be cut and replaced because I lost the key. The last person I spoke to told me that I would have to get a locksmith. Ms Mary was very apologetic and told me to come in so that should could get it taking care of. We came here after being deceived by another location on the same street. The pictures online made it seem like it was this locations when it was an older one in poor condition. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted pleasantly and Mardena was extremely helpful and willing to help out situation! This locations is clean and well kept, we are grateful we found the correct location and we’re able to be helped. Just an FYI if you rent on a special, even if you don’t accept the unit, the money is NON-REFUNDABLE no matter what.
