How am I supposed to unload and load my stuff when elevators haven’t worked for WEEKS
I pay $525 a MONTH to not have WORKING ELEVATORS FOR WEEKS!!!! Property Management does not answer their phone, I called corporate and they gave me a $25 credit for the “inconvenience”. Not only are BOTH elevators not working (and haven’t fro WEEKS!!) they did not even give notice to their tenants about the issue and I am on the 3rd floor having to move HEAVY boxes and FURNITURE up and down the THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Incompetent, unprofessional and completely inexcusable. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE- TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Good evening, Yesterday I went to pick up the padlock, but I couldn't start moving my things. The ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING, and that is terrible. It is needed.

Horrible place, I would not recommend to anyone. I have never missed a payment yet they increase my rate substantially every year for no reason. Also homeless people are living in the stairwells, in a supposedly secure building? This should never happen. The cleanliness is also an issue. Carts not returned and the place is left disgusting. I'm leaving immediately as soon as I can.
The supervisor Hillarie....... I believe she was the supervisor but if she wasn't they need to make her one bc she was very helpful with me finding the kind of storage I needed. I would definitely recommend other people to deal with her if they're in that area or close to sandy springs GA

Make sure you read the fine print on the rental agreement.
I moved out of my unit on the 31st but scheduled the move out on the 1st, they still charged for the entire month of August, when I was already out of the unit. You should be pro rating rental charges not charging flat out for an entire month when someone doesn’t even use it.
Have had a great experience with Public Storage at 4654 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs GA, with the exception of rental increases. Within one year my rental unit went from $218 to $368 per month. I called and thankfully they agreed to lower it to $292 ($308 with insurance) for three more months. However, the fact that they would take this much advantage within a year of renting is very disappointing. So, my advice is to read line 22 of your contract carefully and know that the amount you’re signing for means little by the end of the year.

Don’t rent from here. Only one entrance to bring in your stuff. Your unit will be so far away from the door it’s going to take several trips. It’s cold and dark. They don’t even provide some lighting in your unit. And the customer service people seems depressed and unhappy with their job.

For more than 10 years valued family possessions were kept at this facility. When I finally emptied them out in the last fortnight, everything was in good condition. Clean, dry, no moths, no rodent damage. I was very pleasantly surprised; papers, portraits, silver, memorabilia, accessories, all stored safely over long period of time. Though the facility is not continually manned, the security seems good as was phone online help. I particularly commend Rashand for her help on the day we arrived and needed to get in and also her help today in cancelling my account. Thank you Rashand . I highly recommend this place for Storage.

Cons: Rickety/falling apart carts for moving. Small parking lot (tough to turn around in moving van/trailer if people park across from loading dock, the basement level smells like mildew, seems like less camera security than other storage places
I dont like writing bad reviews. When we moved temporary storage in unit for a month was told a certain move out date around holiday to only be charged a month. I moved out on that date but was still charged a month. Now maybe it was a mistake that i was told one date but corporate policy said something else i understand that. The lady was nicei n beginning but very cold when describing this policy and i am sure she is trained to be like that so i wont fault her. Just wish they worked with me a little more since there was a little confusion vs corporate policy. Other than that place is kept clean. Thanks.
I've been renting here for years and I agree with John on all his pros and cons. This is the nicest facility around and the property manager takes very good care of it.
I have multiple units in the basement and there is definitely a mildew problem. Some areas are worse than others. Would be great if they could get a couple dehumidifiers in there.
Please fix the rickety carts or get new ones.
Also please stop the bait and switch on the rental price. I understand one raise annually but multiple rental increases per year are ridiculous.
Especially with the broken carts.

I've rented a unit here for several months, and I've been quite pleased. I was able to make a contact-free reservation online and move into my unit, bypassing an office visit altogether. I picked this location solely based on location, as I knew I would need to access it via MARTA at times. The convenient location is unbeatable, and throughout my stay, I've found the staff to be friendly and the facility always very clean. (And purple being my favorite color...that was an added energy booster and welcome mat every time I visited. 🥰) I would definitely rent here again. Thanks Ms. Julia and the PS team!
