Jhannay was fantastic. She took the time to assist me with all my questions and was very pleasant. If you’re looking for someone whom has mastered her position with great knowledge and customer service, you need to visit/rent a unit specifically from her. You will not be disappointed.

Hmmm there's a couple of off things but nothing major, Cons: Soon as you enter the gate you feel like your being watched. Only by the nosy sketchy residents of the hotel next to it. Cons : the manager is not friendly or has something against white people, she will ignore you and suddenly act like she one her phone or not doing any thing ( but on the sly, is shady keep your unit LOCKED. That's all. No restrooms period nope. People often walk in the gates, I guess maybe to scope out what they can get. Pros : the prices are decent only had one issue, the same day I suddenly got locked, out of. My unit even though, I was paid up. I got charged hidden fees for a service I had been opted out of . I was denied access for no reason and had to fork up 60 .00 random dollars. Which is still under investigation. I usually leave good reviews because I try to see the best in everyone, but nowadays greed, entitlement and pure ignorance leads to loose faith. Pros: easy access to kiosk, The family that live on the property are chill and mind their business. Its good for long term if you stay out the way. And your there for purpose ,which is clearing, moving or storing period otherwise your a target for some reason. Its ok , 3 stars.....

I had a wonderful experience with Jhannay. She has a great personality and good customer service. As a senior, thats big for me. Very knowlegeable about the place. She lead me to this place as i have several storages here at public storage. Great experience here!

I rented a storage unit with public storage because it was closed to my old apartment in jimmy Carter blvd , first I wasn’t informed that after 9 pm , I won’t be able to have access until my move in (August 27/2025) when I got there with all my stuff and I couldn’t get access. Second there’s never someone in the front desk at this location. Third and main issue, my moving in was on August 27/2025 , their due date is the 1s of every month. After I got my unit I was told since I got it 3 days before the due date my late fee wasn’t going to applied on the due date because of when I moved in , ok , last month I was charged a late fee os $20 on August 25th , after going back and forth with management, someone was able to help me and avoided the fee and I paid my balance on the 27th . Now today is September 8th, I checked my account I see they already added another $20 late fee . Why would you add a late fee in my account already when you told me last month that the late would apply on the 25th , since that’s when it marks 30 days ? Last month the late was posted on the 25th , today is 09/8 , I have been calling and nobody is answering the phone. I record the call every time I talk to someone because y’all are not on the page and just a money grab .

I still do not have light near by my unit. So it’s hard for me to go further back in the storage to look for things I need. My unit 10/25 size
