The new management and staff are not very customer-friendly and do not provide carts. I could not retrieve my belongings from storage because there were no carts available. I waited for over an hour, visited the entire building multiple times, and was told there were no carts. I could not move my heavy items. Each time I have recently visited, since the management change, there has been a shortage of carts.
Malaysha is the best! I didn’t need my unit anymore, but kept it because of her customer service.

This is me eating my words and letting everyone know at this location specifically, Kenya has great customer service skills and will meet whatever needs you may have. I expressed in a previous review how I was upset with a few things for a different location and accidentally left a review on this location. Ms. Kenya called me on her own accord and solved the problem for me quickly. If you ever need to rent a storage unit, I strongly recommend THIS LOCATION, she will be happy to take care of you.
Here's the thing. You don't need to have good customer service for me to give a place like this 5 stars.
Just be aware that they WILL raise your prices in the following couple months after your get your space, I don't mean dropping the promo price I mean just raising the price on you. Which is silly b/c it just forced me to get out earlier than I normally would have.
Also, they advertise "Drive up access" which isn't what most people think it is. You can drive up to the back door (which locks when it closes) and then go through another door to get to your room down a couple long hallways. When I purchased I wanted something I could "Drive up to" and open a door and put things in straight from my truck.. that doesn't exist here. Stating the rooms have drive up access is really really stretching it.
I don't think the storage space business is a tough one, you rent rooms for stuff.. you keep the AC on... you collect money on the rooms every month. Public storage shoots itself in the foot by trying to weasel more money out of people once they have them as customers.. it must work or they wouldn't do it but for me they just lost me as a customer.

at the actual facility do not know what they are doing. They lie and tell you what you want to hear. When you try to call corporate to complain and expect a call back you never get it. The person working the front is rude as hell. I went into luck up a lock and she cursed me out left and right because I said they were very unprofessional. Do not use this company. They are unprofessional liars.

I’m writing to share my disappointment regarding the level of customer service I’ve received at the Public Storage Peachtree Industrial Blvd location, specifically around communication and overall professionalism from staff.
When I initially became a customer in June 2024, both Ms. Ashley and Ms. Mary informed me of a potential opportunity for long-term (one-year) customers to have a discount request submitted by an associate. However, in July 2025, when I inquired about this, the current associate (who stated they were the manager) flatly denied such a policy ever existed and dismissed my inquiry by saying the previous associates no longer work there. I was also told there was no one higher I could speak with, which left me feeling dismissed rather than valued.
While it’s understood that policies may change or be miscommunicated, I was disappointed that the interaction lacked any attempt at helpfulness or customer care. A more considerate response—such as offering to explore less expensive units as an alternative—would have gone a long way.
Additionally, about a month later, I called to request early access (just one hour) to my unit on move-out day. The associate quickly said no, but later called back to ask whether I was moving in or out—indicating that they hadn’t actively listened to my original request. This again reflects a lack of basic listening and soft skills that are vital in customer-facing roles.
I hope this feedback helps improve the training and customer service approach at this location. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism and empathy during these interactions.
Note: The fine print in the promotional rent rate is accurate—so you should anticipate future increases. Also, I strongly advise against storing a 10-speed mountain bike in the unit. I personally experienced a mysterious disappearance of mine.

I urgently needed to rent a storage unit, but since I’m a foreigner and not fluent in English, it was my first time doing this and I didn’t know the proper process. I didn’t even realize I had to complete the rental and payment online, so I wasn’t able to finalize anything.
I was overwhelmed and stressed because I needed to store my belongings right away.
But Keenya helped me so kindly and patiently — she explained everything slowly, and even repeated it dozens of times until I understood.
Thanks to her, I now have such a positive image of Public Storage, and I genuinely want to continue using their service. Even if I need to store items somewhere else in the future, I’ll definitely come back here.

So let's start with the good thing about it.
Customer service is great the two lady's at the front desk are AWESOME ms. Kaseri and kaneea are always willing to help and very professional. If this review was about her it would have been a 10💫.
Now the bad things. On the website it keeps saying 1$ first month and it WASN'T LIKE THAT. Now the hallways are way too small. You barely have enough room for one person. The bathroom is closed. And sometimes the door doesn't work. And if you call the phone number THERE IS NO ANSWER.

We have had 1 or more units here for more than 20 years. (Holiday Decorations and seasonal clothing storage was the start, then Transitions — children to college, parents to assisted living, etc.) Our current Property Manage Janice is one of the best. She answers questions, is helpful in many ways and is prompt in responding to customer difficulties. She is friendly, efficient and keeps a really clean building very secure.
I went into Public storage to see about renting a unit.Cassidy was very friendly ,patient and extremely helpful .She was very thorough so I was very comfortable with getting a unit from here.Also she's from Washington State like me so we could relate lol. Shes definitely an asset to your company please don't lose her!!!

This place has terrible customer service I mean like the most horrible looking forward people a lot my keys in the car and the lady was threatening to make me pay a $350 fine because I wasn't able to lock up my unit because my keys were locked in my car and I had to wait until AAA got there which was after the time she thought was appropriate

I have been up to this location where i have a unit, however when I told the lady at the front desk I'm about to put some items in my unit, she did not tell me I needed a code to get In the door , when I went back to ask for it she was in her car and said she's on her lunch break and did not know when she would be back. Came back later around 4 and no one was there. Went back the following day at 3pm and still no one was there. Does anyone work at this location?? Horrible customer service.

Worst location ever, nobody is ever in the building if you need help or concerns at any time, no supervision at all, elevators never work and even phone customer service is only for renting, nothing else. Only person in the building that apparently goes once a month, never helps with the issues either.

My experience at this location was very interesting and enjoyable lol. Mary calls and wakes me up when the store first open., informing me the reason why I couldn't get into my storage. After Cassidy verified me., I checked the storage out and it was too small. Cassidy and Mary helped me get a bigger size storage on the same for floor and closer to the elevator...even better.!
