Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 184 Doc Turner Way, Newnan, GA

This location is the worst. no one ever answers the phone. I moved out of my unit almost an entire month ago i even scheduled a move-out and they're still billing me adding on late fees and every time I call the place NOBODY ANSWERS! All they need to do is take me out of their system and stop billing me for a unit I do not have. I am now having to take time out of my day and visit this location to handle a situation that could be handled over the phone. Poor customer service and communication skills its very sad.

Everytime I call I can never get a hold of someone and there’s never anybody in the office during business hours. Very unprofessional.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean with excellent security and plenty of carts for wheeling items to your storage area.

They keep the place very clean, and workers here are very nice.

This is the nicest public storage facility I have ever been too, the customer service is excellent. Never a dull moment with Ms. Kay!!

paid up front for a unit, arrived with a moving truck full of things and no one was there. the unit had a lock on it and no one even answered the phone. Added an extra two hours on to the day going to a different storage facility. Called the following Monday and asked for a refund since we never even opened the unit, the girl who answered the phone was about as competent as a box of rocks. I told her if the money was not refunded I would file a dispute with our bank which I just did. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

No One Is Ever Here !!!!!! Paid storage and lock is still on storage unit. Called the number posted & they confirm it’s paid but can’t tell me when someone will be at this location to take the lock off because they work “multiple locations”. If you can’t keep up with business operations then why have a business? They don’t even have any office hours posted at location, just another corporate giant taking money & not even trying to provide a decent level of service

Very nice storage unit, very clean and easy to access. Plenty of lighting and very cool temperature to keep everything from getting moldy and mildewed. Convenient to load and unload, back right up to door with covered access. Plenty of dolly’s available for easy transporting items. Very pleased with everything, highly recommend.

A first class facility! This is the second time in the last nine months that we have used the facility for our storage needs (two family moves to the Newnan GA area). The facility is large clean, comfortable and well lit. It offers storage areas of every size with options for climate control, elevator access, first floor areas, etc., along with reasonable pricing comensurate with your choice. The staff is friendly and extremely accomodating. On our most recent visit (6/20) Kay was tremendous in helping us get our first load into storage. Thank you!!

The manager Nikki was excellent and very businesslike. She was very helpful in explaining every storage size and the costs related to the sizes. She showed me the size she recommended. I appreciate her help and courteous service.

Kindery is such a great person and she is very professional she makes sure she go above and beyond to keep her customers happy thanks kindery for all your hard work.

I've been moving in my storage unit for about 3 weeks. Cindy is the ONLY employee doing her job at this location. She has made everything go smoothly. Cindy has called me with updates about the repair to a motion light that wasn't turning on. Cindy also constantly cleans up and checks things on property. She makes me and my belongings feel safe. The gentleman who works there didn't even look up from his phone when I asked him where all 4 of the carts might be since none of them were on the 1st floor designated cart area. All he said was, "someone muct have them out on property somewhere." I looked at the entire property- my car was the only car there. No one was there. I was going to ask him if he could see them on the cameras so I knew where to go looking but because he didn't even look up from his phone to help me, I decided to just carry all my boxes without the carts, even with my toddler with me. The other female employee was clearly smoking pot in her car when I got out next to her another day. This is a beautiful new public storage location. I truly hope the owners hire more employees like Cindy so this location stays nice and well cared for by people who will do their jobs while being kind and helpful to the renters.
