I rented here for about 3 1/2 years. I finally got rid of all my stuff and moved out yesterday. This place is kept nice and is clean. There are homeless in the area but I never had a problem with anyone on the facility property. They have dollies you can use and I like that the app would show me my passcode because I was always forgetting it. I also like how the app opens the gates, doors and access to the elevator. The attendents have always been helpful and have followed up quickly anytime I had a question.

The employees that was on duty 10-5-2024 at your Kennestone circle location was very helpful, place was clean and very speedy service. A family had to pull over because their 3years old had gotten car sick and needed to use the restroom to clean the child up, your staff was very helpful. It was a caravan of about 3 SUV full with family members, they was from out of state. It was their 3 time stopping with the child being car sick.
Let me start by saying I gave this location 5 stars because of the superb customer service that I received from the property manager, Mitch. Not only did he return my call in a timely manner he actually listened as I vented and offered to address the problem. Want to give a shout out to Mitch!! I stopped by public storage on Cobb Parkway, as I do many times throughout the week for my business. I came out to my car and it wouldn’t crank. I went and knocked on the door of the office to see if anyone was still there as it was 5 minutes until closing! Mitch came to the door and said he got off at 6 and would pull around to give my car a jump! Mitch definitely deserves some credit. Thank you Mitch!

This location (1285 Kennestone Circle, Marietta, GA) is very spacious and clean. The staff member, Denice, that helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating with regards to the size of the unit I may be interested in renting. The building itself is in a very easy location off Route #41 in Marietta, GA. I highly recommend taking a look at this location.

After having difficulty finding a storage open on Sundays and last minute that wasn’t too pricey we found this one. Mitch at the front desk really really was a big help! Dealing with a noisy brother and friend and my mom’s many questions he handled the situation with the utmost professionalism I’ve seen in a long time. He kept his composure and followed all steps to showing us how big the units were and helped us decide which would best fit our needs. If you happen to get Mitch you’ll be lucky! Thank you Mitch!

We had a flat tire Sunday and pulled into the Public Storage parking lot. Thank goodness we did because calls to AAA kept getting dropped and Mitch saved the day. He offered to place the call on the business's landline, resulting in AAA arriving and having us soon on our way. I can only imagine how helpful he is with Public Storage customers. I have been to many storage places over the years and it’s painful most times! From start to finish Ms. Celeste was a dream to work with, best property manager I’ve encountered. She was extremely knowledgeable, walked us to multiple units to compare, aided us in knowing which were closest to which doors, which floor was most convenient - she was just overall amazing and thorough! I live quite a ways away and was apprehensive on reserving it because of the distance, but dealing with someone so very pleasant is worth the drive. Thank you again for all of your help Ms. Celeste!!
Hold the phone- this place knocked my socks off. I cannot get over how well maintained and professionally oriented this establishment is. I was helped by Harrison, and he changed my entire perspective on the service industry and raised the bar to a height that seldom could ever dream of being able to see. Public storage is a magnificent enterprise to conduct business.

Just getting settled from moving a few days ago I visited this location. From the time I walked in the place was super clean. Vita greeted me with a smile and helped me choose the right size storage space. I was having a bad day and she encouraged me and I felt so much better. I don't usually leave reviews but, this was a great experience so I had to share. Everything was done so smoothly and explained so clearly no surprises. Great Service
The staff is so kind comforting and helpful I was traveling and hit a pot hole that busted my tire I coasted into the parking lot upon entering the building I was greeting warmly inori lent me a jack as I didn't have one in my car mrs.vita and her husband helped me change to my spare and guided me to the nearest tire shop they were all so openly helpful I appreciate all of you so much...I had a safe trip south and back home Thank you for all you do!
