Needs attention

The site is in a convenient location and the manager/staff is very kind and accommodating. A few things to keep in mind though before you rent from this specific public storage. 1. The layout is challenging for larger trucks/moving vans. The lanes are pretty narrow and difficult to navigate if you plan to store a large quantity of items. 2. Beware of storing any indoor items, such as furniture or other household wares due to possible vermin. I rented a unit for about 6 weeks, and when I returned to clear it out after visiting it 3 weeks prior, there were holes chewed in several boxes and feces were everywhere. As I unpacked boxes, feces were found in at least half of them. I did not store any perishable items, so I was a bit surprised they were in there, but they ate all the bait left by the facility management. When I reported this to the manager, she was very helpful in filing a claim and was apologetic. I appreciated her assistance.

A couple of days ago i went in needing help with my app and Codi was able to help me and show me the things i could do on there.

Codi helped me sign in and get access to my app. She was great and very delightful!

Sometimes you just need human responses. I've been renting a storage space from this place for awhile. I needed to make some changes, thought it would be crazy, but Codi helped me make sense of what I needed to do at the most cost efficient way. Life has been crazy, renting a storage space shouldn't be..Go see Codi she rocks!!!

Want to commend Shay on her handling of the flooding that occurred at this location. Although there was damage to some of my belongings she everything possible to assist me in removing the damage items and moving to a new unit. She was more professional than the administrative male that I spoke...very rude and curt. Adequate Facility, but beware of their rate increases. I've had two increases in 6 months, and when I called, they said they generally raise rates every 6 months. Their strategy is to milk you once you're in, so keep that in mind.

I started my rental online but really started to question my size choice. Nikita really was key in showing me sizes that would meet my storage needs, based on answers from the questions she asked. In the end I was able to get the same unit I was looking at online. Clean unit and just what I needed. Thanks!!! Xoxo

Easy getting a space for rent with their erental services, and space was ready without contact. Courteous, friendly and helpful were all associates from beginning to end. A little hard to find though. The GPS kept trying to take me into the rear of the property... Lol When you go, at the end, use your eyes rather than the GPS.

Moving at this time of the year is far from ideal. I have never had to get a storage unit before, but Nikita made the process so easy and I am truly thankful. She was very understanding and took her time to make sure I was aware of all aspects of the process and how it worked. I am very lucky to have found this location to help me move my 4 bedroom house fast. Laura could not have made everything any easier and comforting for me during such a short notice move. Its not easy finding a 10X30 unit and she was able to get me a 10X40 unit, which I ended up needed based upon the poor experience from the moving company not stacking items correctly. Without Laura's help and care, my move would have been even more of a dumpster fire than it was. Thanks for being my firefighter.

Everything was set up on line, and was just as described when I got there. Selena was a pleasure to work with and called me to introduce herself and set up an appointment time for me to check in. This location is also very close to where I live and has good hours.

I had a storage unit at this location since 2011. I have never had any issues here, not with staff nor with the property itself. Selena helped me to close my account over the weekend because I am moving. I appreciate her help and good customer service! My only complaint about this location is the lack of parking by the office.

I went to pay a bill for a friend. Of course I was already in a funk about having to come pay the bill for my friend. But I walked out of there extremely pleased with how pleasant the staff was. Brittany was the associate who assisted me and she was extremely knowledgeable of the product. I would recommend this particular public storage solely based on the professionalism of the staff.

The young woman who answers told me that Whitlock Place is the same street as Whitlock Ave....."they're all the same" she said. Really? Good thing I waited to look it up online. I guess that storage facilities aren't run by the sharpest tools in the storage unit. The facility looked fine. Central location for Marietta, but can be hard to access during rush hours.
