The property manager Monique was very professional and courteous. She help me find the best unit to fit my storage and even help me get a good deal on the unit that I needed so I would definitely be using them again in the future.

Monique helped me through a smooth transaction, taking the time to show me my options of the inside storage units so I could find one very close to the outside door. And during the walk through, we discovered a potential danger that she was quick to write down. That's the sign of the kind of professional you want during your move.

It's really tight and hard to make room for others. Expect to wait if someone is close to your storage area. Other than that, it's OK.

Public Storage property on Austell Rd is infested with RATS and the insurance company will not help more than $250.00 even though I have over a thousand dollars in damages from those Nasty creatures.

Just recently acquired a storage unit with the help of Ms. Monique the property manager on duty. Overall the storage units could use some work but the customer service is great and after having a conversation with the property manager i really can see that she’s trying to fix this place up for the better i think the higher ups need to step up and throw some money into this location.

Ms. Monioque was super nice and super helpful.. she has amazing customer service!!! Looking for a place to keep your things come to public storage and get with Ms. Monique she will make sure you find the right storage unit.

the ratings are fabricated. the 5 star reviews are completely false a just made by employees. How often does one have to visit their storage unit? seldomly right. Well when you come visit 3300 Austell rd be prepared for anything and for employees to make up rules based off there feelings and no actually basis or logic. Would you believe that I had law enforcement called on me because I waited in the lobby for a ride. You heard correct and the reasoning behind it was because they just didn't want me I there not because of a policy or state ordinance law but because there individual feelings. The lady even went as far as omitting the fact that I was waiting. a uber to police dispatch to illicit a faster response by the police.

I have revised my rating because after 6 months, after six phone calls with no response, after having my bill tampered with to short me a week's rent, after having sent a couple of online forms to ask them to contact me to straighten out my billing cheated on my bill, they have not responded to anything. I guess I'll have to find time to go by there and see them in person. Which I will do. But I'm going to start getting my stuff out of there because I'm not going to pay these jerks any more than I have to.

The property manager William was nothing short of amazing. Very efficient, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. He made my storage move very easy going and stress free. Anyone moving and in need of storage I will definitely be recommending this location.

William Miller is a wonderful person he helps out a lot and always comes to work with a smile on his face. He is always glad to help, always to work on time, and always here for us. I was able to move in with barely any notice. William provided exemplary customer service! He's friendly, kind, and accommodating. It started to rain very hard when I was moving in, and the roof in my unit began to leak. He has worked around my chaotic schedule to get me moved into a new unit and repair the leaking unit. I'm storing things for home repairs right now, and if I ever need a storage unit again, I'll be back.

Customer service is good. Facility is so hot. After retrieving my belongings found a large amount of mice droppings. Also motion censor lights don't stay on long. Front desk staff has always been super friendly.

FEES!! FEES!! FEES!! Every storage has fees but my LORD!!! And then they are heartless. If you think they are gonna choose morale over their “fee policy”, think again. These people are charging me for a unit that I cleaned out on the third of the month!! All because my wife put my lock (I PURCHASED THE LOCK FROM THEM, BY THE WAY) back on the unit after we cleaned it out!! There are a lot of homeless people around Marietta. I didn’t want anyone occupying, or even worse damaging, or trashing the unit. I respect that my wife replaced the lock and I don’t think I should be charged if I am no longer using the unit. But even so, the fees are outrageous. They added fees like crazy.. It’s almost 90% more than the normal monthly charge. They rarely ever answer the phone so I can’t get a fax number to put it in writing to formally request them to cut my lock. Corporate doesn’t have the information and they couldn’t reach the property either. As if telling the property manager to cut the lock wasn’t enough. I remember the old public storage. It was a service business. They were for the people. I don’t know why decent human beings don’t exist in this company anymore.

Extremely bad rat problem inside storage units, there are professional pest control companies that could get rid of the rat problem. Lot of excuses given for the problem but no results in fixing it. Difficult to see where money is going since it's not to keep the units in rentable conditions without rodents.

Everything went ok, the female employee, needs to learn better customer service, a tad bit rude. Fast forward 4 years later... My storage unit was invaded by RATS. Lucky for me I have insurance, so I thought. Because all of their facilities are RAT hangouts, Orange door storage insurance will only pay you $250 and that is only If they don't hit you with the $100 deductible. They are all getting over and they know it.

If I could give less than one I would. The girl behind the desk was unprofessional to me and flat out rude to my husband. We were lied to about our unit. When we got there were told "yeah they lie to you too get you in here then most ppl still sign so" I can not get in touch with anyone to discuss the matter I've been given 5 different numbers. The place has bugs and is failing apart. Insulation was all over my belongs (that were there less than a week). This place is a hole in a wall. I'm trying to figure out if I can report this location to the BBB bc honestly I wouldn't store my stuff with public storage again if it was free... Still hoping to hear from back from any one of the numbers I called this morning about cancelling my unit.

One of the worst storage facilities I have ever rented from. Do not store your items here. I was late one month & was never late at anytime before this month. I contacted this facility told them what was going on. They told me to keep from getting any additional fees, that I should pay before the end of the month. I paid before the new month started & they still cut my lock off my storage unit. Then notified me by email. Such a lack in customer service.

Shannon the property manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever met! I had a 5:30 appointment that I was running behind on and she denied service. As I was exited she decided to state “People think you’re just supposed to wait on them hand and foot.” I’m sorry, if you chose to work in a customer service profession... YES you are supposed to wait on the customer hand and foot. As she was leaving out the door, she mocked me and proved exactly why she’s just what she is. Toothless and ghetto.

This location is infested with RATS!!! They damaged so much in my unit with urine, feces and by chewing through boxes and items with in the boxes. When I reported it to the office, they were nonchalant and gave me information on how to file a claim and informed me that I would only receive $250 regardless of what the damage was. My experience at this location, I have to say, overall was terrible. When I spoke with the district manager she informed me that of the 21 units that she oversees, all had a rodent problem. They don’t tell you this upfront they assume that you are aware of this as they are outside storage units and you are “leasing at your own risk”.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews sooner. Been renting at the property for a year. And just recently went to go and clear out belongings when I found mice droppings all over my unit. They got into everything. My daughter toys, clothes, dropping’s all over my couch. The storage unit was a total loss. And when I told the associate. You could tell that they have been down this road before. Warning! If you do file a claim. Make sure you do it ASAP! Because they will close out your unit and charge you the cleaning fee of $250 and you will NOT be able to file the claim!

WARNING: Go to any storage but this one. I didn't read the reviews for this place being in a rush, they have big field rats in their whole facility. MANAGEMENT act as though they didn't know they had or have rats but clearly after leaving and placing my review I see this is a reoccurring problem. I pay close to 180 a month for a storage. I have to throw items and memories away because they have rodents. To any of my army battles please don't put your things in here not worth ruining Dress Blues and Army equipment stay far AWAY.

Unless you like rodents (i.e. rats and mice) living amongst you personal belongings and living in your unit for free, I suggest you don't go to this location. I signed for my storage unit in April. I just came to my unit today (Sunday, July 15, 2018) and found rat droppings EVERYWHERE. Boxes 6 and 7 ft high, under almost EVERY. SINGLE. BOX. Holes in boxes that we purchased from uhaul, that the rats made theirselves (as you will see from the pics). Now I have to get rid of a king size mattress and the two twin size box springs that go with it that are just about 2 years old because they have rat feces and urine on them, some shoes and clothes of mines and my girlfriend, that also have rat feces and urine on them. Some of my planner things, dishes and the list goes on and on. I had to go through my things, in the rain mind you, to see just how far in the rodents made it. I told the employee who was working today that there were rats in my unit he took photos to alert his manager of our situation, and the female I'm assuming, and trust me, I use that term VERYYYYY loosely, had the audacity to say it's my fault because I have non perishable dried goods inside of a storage container, that's sealed along with glass canisters (which the rats began to eat the seals off of). I highly recommended that you ignore the sales gimmick of one month free and go to another storage facility. I wish I could give a -5⭐. Please don't put yourself through what I have to go through. I will update again once I talk to my claims adjuster.

This is the worst place to rent for storage. It has rat poop all over their units. They say the units are clean but once you put your things inside you will start seeing poop on your stuffs. They don't do any maintenance even if you tell them there is something wrong in your unit they don't do anything about it. Also their staff doesnt give you all the information so make sure you read everything before you sign anything at this place don't. But like i said STAY AWAY from this place and if you can from this company.

I LIKE that Public Storage is conveniently located through out the County. It's fairly easy to get a UNIT. BUT WHAT I don't like is HOW the WORKERS rummage through Your Personal Things in YOUR Unit AS IF it's Their Unit. Maybe as Renters WE Should Consider Installing SECURITY CAMERAS IN OUR UNITS. IT'S DUMB TO PAY RENTERS INSURANCE AND STILL LOOSE YOUR PERSONAL THINGS TO WORKERS THEFT!

Very helpful staff.. had long-term use. Until recently found enormous amount of( Rat) dropping and urine in my unit;from said rat. Along with the dead rat trapped inside storage container. Upon emptying out unit. Besides that.. staff very knowledgeable and helpful to your needs. Property kept clean.

the good reviews are from the employees because this place is Rat infestation, all my property was damaged from rat urine/feces and insurance that was mandatory max payout is $250 minus $150 deduc, so $100 for for $20,000 worth of damage and no one from upper management will return my call. Now i have to retain an attorney and go thru the courts... Pick-n-go movers declined to move my furniture due to the damage yet they want me to continue to pay the monthly bill... the 1 star is for the empathy the office clerk showed toward my situation but i wouldn't suggest this location to my enemy. 04/15/2017 George Vasquez is the regional manager and i have left him several message and he has yet to call me back. Now i have to contact Public Storage insurance company commissioner office. I am a single parent and this is the most stressful thing I've ever experienced. the sad part is they are aware of the problem and still allowing ppl to rent with out telling them upfront.

Thia location is very clean. The management are courteous and know their stuff. I've had 2 units here & they were both clean & insect free. The security is also top-notch.

I do not recommend Public Storage if you have things that you really value. I have been waiting over one month to have weather stripping replaced under the door on my storage unit. This is an easy fix, but management is unable to correct this issue. I left a voice message with the District Manager. He has not returned my call.

My parents storage along with others was broken into. Many customers including my parents lost irreplaceable valuables. Despite the fact that my parents and others paid for insurance the compensation for stolen goods was incomparable.

DON'T RENT ANY UNITS FROM THIS SITE . IT'S RAT INFESTED !!! I HAD EVERYTHING I OWED IN THIS STORAGE , I RECENTLY WHEN TO REMOVE MY THINGS ONLY TO FIND RATS HAD INVADED MY UNIT. ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE I WAS GOING TO MOVE OUT MY UNIT , I HAD THE MANAGER Kristal REMOVE THE LOCK THEY PLACED ON IT . ONCE THE LOCK WAS REMOVED ,I OPENED THE UNIT AND SHE JUMPED BACK . I PAID IN NO MIND , BUT NOW I REALIZE WHY . THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP . I'M GOING TO SEND THE CODE ENFORCEMENT , CLARK HOWARD WHO EVER I CAN TO GET SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DONE . I'M SURE IT MORE PEOPLE THAT HAS HAD THIS ISSUE . THE MANAGE IS COOL AND I HAVE NOTHNG AGAINST ANYONE THAT WORKS AT THIS PROPERTY. BUT THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO GO , I'V HAVE THINGS IN PUBLIC STORAGE BEFORE BUT NEVER HAVE A EVER HAD SUCH A PROBLEM. AND YES I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO TO PROVE THIS . NO I DIDN'T GET INTO IT WITH ANYONE FROM THIS SITE . MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE INFESTATION OF RATS THAT DESTROYED A NUMBER OF MY THINGS . I HAD TO TRASH MY MATRESS, BOXES OF CLOTHES AND I NUMBER OF OTHER THINGS DUE TO DEAD RATS BEING IN THEM AND RATS FECES WAS ALL OVER MY UNIT AND MY THINGS . I'M NOT SAYING DON'T RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE BECAUSE I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE THIS SITE. BUT DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. AND IF YOU DO BE READY FOR THE RATS TO TAKE OVER YOUR UNIT!!! FUNNY THING IS KRISTAL ASKED ME ABOUT MAKING MY LAST PAYMENT , BUT WHEN I INFORMED HER I HAD RATS IN MY UNIT SHE KEPT WALKING . RENTERS BEWARE NO ONE WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVE RENTS BECAUSE THEY NEED YOUR BUSINESS. I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND SHEARE MY REVIEWS OF THIS SITE AS WELL AS MY PICTURES . Do not store your items here! I just recently moved from this location, it is infested with RATS!!!! And the owners will not warn you! Seriously you can hear the RATS crawling through the sealings! When you open the doors it smell like straight urine! Please beware of this RAT INFESTION, they will not tell you about it either! Just pay attention and look for the RAT droppings by/inside the storage space! the manager Kyrstal is very pleasant to distract you from the fact that there are indeed RATS at this location.

She needs to be commended for her valuable customer experiance she had given me. I've been in the restaurant business for years and her guest relations is the very highest on my list. The only thing I told her I have been at this place for 8 years, would you ever think about having a monthly drawing for someone to win a month free rental at your site, Rashand you rock.
